Buying cars can often be stressful. Everyone at North Scottsdale BMW was stellar. My salesman Damin was wonderful. He really made the buying experience very smooth and easy. He knew I'd wanted a BMW for a long time & I think he was just as excited as I was. He explained every question I had, he was always in contact & kept me updated as the car was being certified. The price was fair, our financial officer was great and answered all our questions as well. No strong-arm sales tactics, just good people who wanted to help you get the car you were looking for at a good price. Thanks again Damin!

Our salesman Peter was the epitome of professionalism. He was easy w. conversation , very cordial, and excelled in the art of collaboration with the GM and us. He spent an extraordinary amount of time to ensure that our needs were met... a superior experience from start to finish.

I’m still bitter that I got bait n’ switched on a $30k used Audi lemon that was totaled within a year. My family lost a lot of money and so did the insurance company so that someone could sell a car. If you go to this BMW, make sure it’s to buy a BMW. As for me, I’ll stick to American and American built Japanese cars for now. The dealerships are more honest.

I just leased my second car from the dealership. I had a third car, leased from an out of state dealer, maintained at the service department and they treated me great on all three. Obviously, my actions speak louder than any words that I could write here.

Great experience! I highly recommend this dealership. Ed Gonzalez, our sales associate, was amazing and very easy to work with. We negotiated on all pricing via email and phone before I came in for a test drive, so the process at the dealership was fast and efficient. I especially appreciated not being forced to pay for dealer add-ons that I did not want, which is unique these days. They also go the extra mile to make the whole buying experience special; the car was waiting for our scheduled arrival in one of their showroom garage bays with a personalized sign congratulating us on our purchase. I’m certain that we will buy from them again in the future.

From the moment I walked into bmw, I just knew I was in the right place. I’ve owned a bmw previously, but it’s been a while. I was very pleased with Tyler Ma, who helped us greatly. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and really helped in my decision making process. He answered all of my questions (sometimes , more than once) and was very patient the whole time.
I am now the new proud owner of the amazing bmw m440i!. Thank you Tyler and bmw.

When test driving the vehicle on Saturday, the salesman stated OneAz is affiliated with the dealership and there will be no issues in purchasing and receiving the vehicle. Proceeded with paying for the vehicle, provided all required documentation and turned it in on Monday. Then Geoffrey and the finance department decided to hold vehicle for 5-7 days after purchasing to be sure the check isn’t “canceled”. The bank contacted the finance department and Geoffrey, as the banker explained they have not heard of a policy like this before and would like to speak with them on my behalf. I’m a light skinned African American woman. It seems this new “policy” is based merely off of race and is subjective. They stated I will receive vehicle sooner if I give them my social security number or $500 to hold the vehicle. I’ve been treated like a scammer. I work with special needs children and just purchasing a car for work as am a therapist for multiple schools. School begins this week and I have to continue to use a rental even though I have already paid for my own vehicle. It has been such a hassle even though I have been prompt and purchased the vehicle within two days after viewing. Disappointed to say the least. Salesman is Geoffrey.
Update: The company did review my statement above and Damin reached out to me. I had not heard from Geoffrey. However, Damin was helpful when providing a complimentary Uber, and making sure the vehicle was clean when finding some minor smudges when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. The team allowed me to pick up the vehicle today so that I won’t have to extend the rental for 4 more days, which is appreciated. I appreciate their efforts and I would recommend Damin for sales as he is patient and very kind.
