I’m in the very early stages of getting a new computer. I was just there to look. I really appreciated that fact that there weren’t employees hovering around asking me questions. There was someone around and if I had questions I would have asked. The fact that the weren’t circling around me will absolutely make me come back.

As always, there are associates everywhere that greet you upon arrival and roaming about the store to answer any questions you may have. I could never complain about Bestbuy .. it's en expensive charm that can have my money. ?

I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received this morning at the Camelback store. Ryan from the Geek Squad, Devon in the TV department, and the nice woman (sorry I didn't get her name) sitting at the entrance door when I left the store. You guys are the best. I left Best Buy today feeling like a truly valued customer.

I went in to exchange a product bought from this store and the person behind the customer service desk could use a few lessons regarding customer service. I spent 190 some dollars and could not exchange for one that works. Very unsatisfied.
