She's one of a kind. Cassidy is making a very challenging type of physical therapy in such a way that I am comfortable confiding in her, and comfortable with the therapy.

I have only had two or three therapy sessions for a left hip revision, however I would highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley, because they will provide you with the strength, education, and resources to rehabilitate you back to your normal self! Their approach might seem a bit aggressive, however very effective and efficient! Their professionalism and knowledge continues to amaze me with each session, and their sense of humor makes the process much more enjoyable. The therapists are fantastic and a pleasure to work with at each of my sessions. The facility is well equipped with all the necessary equipment and or resources to accommodate every patient and the sessions are two or three patients at a time, which is great, because this prevents patients from crashing into each other, while stretching and or exercising. I am very grateful, that I came here and that together with this wonderful team, I will rehabilitate myself back to my normal self soon. Once again, I would highly recommend and encourage coming to Banner Physical Therapy-Phoenix Moon Valley to anyone interested in receiving top- notch therapy from highly qualified therapists.

He was very nice, personable and informative. I went to therapy kicking and screaming. I gave it a chance but didn’t see any difference.. I’m still doing what I learned. I’d go back just because of him. ?

Every aspect of my experience with Banner PT Moon Valley, was excellent. The therapist was always ready to go for my 7:00am visit. The exercises were tailored for my injury and my age group (shoulder & back. age: 79. I am now pain free and still doing my exercises each day. All good! I highly recommend.

I had an appointment at this facility on 9/27. When I arrived and checked in, the person at the front desk told me my co-pay is $100 per visit. I said, no, you are incorrect. I have Banner insurance and my co-pay is $25. He spoke a lot of gibberish that appeared to be specifically designed to confuse, and admitted that yes, my co-pay is $25, but if he only charged you that, you would owe a big bill at the end of your PT visits. I immediately canceled the appt and left. When I got home, I called my Banner insurance, told the rep what happened, and he confirmed that my copay per PT visit is $25, and offered to call the facility. He put me on hold, called them, then got back to me. He said the person there was speaking nonsense, and that he informed the man at the facility that my co-pay per visit is $25 and nothing more.I seldom ever leave bad reviews for businesses, but in this case, I will do so, specifically in order to warn others. Even while I was there, I observed patients in pain and elderly patients come in. This place tried to overcharge me, so they likely do that to others, and some will probably just pay it! Keep in mind that I have top of the line Banner-Aetna insurance, and this is a Banner PT facility. I have gotten medical services at many different Banner facilities and have previously always been happy with the service. But this place is an exception. I suggest you avoid this place completely!I will also be sending a letter to the Banner corporation about my bad experience at this facility.

Professionally kind - It's not a massage parlor - it's physical therapy to make you stronger. Sometimes is hurts - but there is no gain without a little pain. Not anything that you don't really need and nothing that you can't handle. You work at your pace...Great people doing a fantastic job.
