I had a great experience here. Highly knowledgeable staff and very efficient front office. I worked with Jake and he was outstanding! He had me regaining movement in my shoulder within 4 weeks. It was just amazing.

Jacob Joyner has been great! He is encouraging, personable, and walks you though everything you are doing. He answers any and all questions I have to ensure I understand and am getting the best treatment possible after my knee surgery. The front desk/scheduling staff are extremely kind and help. Overall a fantastic and welcoming facility!

So glad I started my physical therapy here. I enjoy going. My injury is healing and slowly able to do more things since I started. The therapist are friendly and never push you passed your limit.

This was my third TKR and by far my easiest recovery. Tom listened to the way my body responded and planned a great course of action. The result was a faster recovery. Tom doesn’t use the one shop fixes all principle. He understands that what good for one person, might not work for the next. I’d fly I. From another state to work with Tom.

Banner has the best Physical Therapist to service its patients. I have been in Therapy before they are far above the rest. Not just for me and my sister, I wish I had known about Banner Physical Therapy before my sister passed in 2021, she went thought so much with other therapy companies. Thank you for being there for me.

The Physical therapist was very helpful,answered a lot of questions and went through all aspects of what to expect and my son really felt listened to. My son has been in pain for a while and it was becoming difficult for him to do certain things. My son having some sensory issues and ADHD was comfortable with the Therapist and understood what to do once we got home to help elevate some of the pain. We are scheduled for more therapy and I'm hopeful for my son. Thank you Thomas

Great care but I didn't believe that my knee just started clicking for no apparent reason that it's just normal ? My knee never clicked before the job duties. They handled themselves very professionally but I had to cut my visits one short because I believe there is more to it but x-rays and imaging were never even talked about if I just had the imaging banner would have saved time over me and could help someone else. So only disappointment on banners side is the belief that my knee just started clicking from nothing and not from the job duties I performed. My knee wouldn't click if it weren't for abus usa locks.

Jake knows what he's doing! He's kind and listens to any concerns I may have. He also checks on me during all my stretches. Jake really does care about his clients and I highly recommend him to everyone!

I haven't heard eight surgeries over the last 5 years. If it weren't for a wonderful people at banner physical therapy especially Christin, I would not be able to stand up let alone walk. They are friendly but firm and extremely knowledgeable. They are empathetic yet they push you to succeed. I have never finished physical therapy at any other establishment This is truly a special place to go for your therapy; truly a class act. You will not regret it!

Jake is amazing! He helped both my husband and I recover recently. My husband had a knee replacement, and I had illiotibial band syndrome in both legs. Jake was patient and kind, yet he also pushed us to keep doing better! He has a great personality and genuinely cares about his patients. I’d recommend him to anyone!

I have been treated by Jason off and on for more than 20 years, and I won't go to anyone else. He is the best. What's more, he is superb at creating a team and sense of family in the clinic atmosphere that makes you want to go to physical therapy.

I had a hip replaced this July. With Tom Sorrell, PT, and his Banner Physical Therapy team, I have made incredible progress in recovery. They are realistic in choosing the appropriate exercises, compassionate, patient and very communicative in helping me meet my goals. Don't hesitate to call and make an appointment at Banner Physical Therapy at 2400 W. Dunlap Ave., Phoenix, AZ. I give them 5 stars!

I highly recommend Banner Physical Therapy. I've been to other PT's but I've found my home for physical therapy (if I ever need it again). All the staff there are friendly and helpful. Jacob in particular (my PT) is very good about explaining everything in laymen's terms. He's a pleasure to work with. My experience has been absolutely positive.
