We thought BofA could not get any worse with customer service, shutting down branches and satellite offices but they have reached a new low in our minds. We took out $1000 from the Ray Road office ATM only to find that when we counted it in the car the amount was $200 short. We immediately went inside the branch to file a case and was told they cannot process the claim - we had to call a special number to file a claim. BofA credited our acct the $200 and said an investigation would commence. Two weeks later we get a message that the claim has been closed and they removed $200 from our account. Basically they say we are lying about the shortage at the ATM. This is the last straw after many poor service encounters over the past 3 years and after banking with BofA for 25 years we are closing all our accounts. Also can’t believe all the negative reviews of this bank on this site. All revolving around poor customer service.

The number listed on the Google maps is not for the bank itself. If you have banking questions there is no easy pathway to calling the bank itself.

I just tried calling for the past 20 minutes, to ask a simple question, but nobody is answering.

Creighton Hart was incredible and helped me create a realistic budget. He was very professional and super kind. I would recommend his advice and expertise!

If there was no stars I’ll give it too, had an appointment at 10:30, had to wait for an hour and no one did apologize for the delay.

Amazing job Joe did,and his manager, here is what happened, same service request, wire money to title company, which is critical important for me to buy house, I was in branch office corner of warner and McClintock, took me about one hour served by 2 bankers, didn't success, what they told me is that I don't have debit card, I give them driver license and other credit cards to show I am I, but they are not willing to help a loyal customer, then I have to leave, and try to do it online, but doesn't work, finally I try to give last try in ray and 48th street branch, then hula,no appointment, they give me a position, and finished the wire money in 10 minutes,AmazingSame common daily job , see the big difference from different people and manager

It's absolutely shocking that I am at this branch in the middle of a very busy day and there are 14 people in line and they have ONE teller working. This is one of the worst B of A branches I've ever visited. The employees are all half asleep. A 31 minute wait for a basic transaction? Embarras

If you 2 hours to spare and prefer to wait in line to deposit a check, then this is the bank for you. 6 counters for tellers, most of the time they have 1 teller on staff. You need to make an appointment for a notary and they charge bank customers a service fee for the notary. I am moving my all of my business, personal and non-profit accounts to another banking institution. They are just plain awful.

Went in to deposit foreign currency, but apparently this was something that nobody in the branch could take care of. That confused me, as you would think a bank could take cash deposits.

We are very long term BoA customers. We have all our retirement and investments in Merrill Lynch which B of A owns. The other branches we have visited have been good experiences but the Ray Road location is not at par. Very sub standard. Usually only 1 teller and long lines of customers. It does appear the people who sit in the cubes are not trained to assist. Just drink coffee and joke. My latest 2 experiences were this week. I wanted info on CD's for my HOA. I had to ask all the questions. No inquiry by the person I met with as to our needs. Just papers given to me. This branch has a ML representative on site. I use my rep in CA as we have a long and trusted relationship with that office. They have a B of A rep at their location. This has helped during loans and such. I called to set up an appt with ML but he had left early for the day I sent an email and made an appt. When I arrived the next day the office was dark. I flagged someone down and was told he was out today but she would get someone to help me. She left and then went to her cube. I sat down in the waiting area. A different person came later and asked if I had been helped. I HAD MET BOTH OF THESE PEOPLE JUST 2 DAYS PRIOR BUT IT WAS LIKE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE. I was then told the rep was out sick. "Sorry." (Gee, maybe a 4 day President's Day Holiday?) I said no problem there are plenty of other institutions and quickly walked out. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH IF YOU WANT OLD TIME SERVICE.

Always super slow. Manager is the only one who knows what he is doing.
