Worse branch ever. Long wait lines. Unresponsive staff. No sense of urgency or care for clients. More staff walking around than helping clients. This is when line has over 12 people waiting (no exaggeration). Waited an hour in line so teller could tell me that I could wait in the lobby for someone else to help me. Will never return to this branch.

Went to 2 other bank of americas before actually getting in person help. Super patient and very kind. Willing to address my urgent matter while the others turned me away.

Usually there is a huge line on weekends and weekdays, but if you show up in the afternoon before 3pm, there is literally no line. This place has at least 3 cashier working so the line moves a bit faster. Parking is an issue sometimes, where you might end up parking across the street in the Malls parking lot. Looks like all of the employees are Bilingual incase you need to talk to someone in Spanish. There is only one ATM outside.

The Manager Jacqueline (I believe that’s her name) is AWESOME. Bank of America in general was causing me and my fiancé so much trouble and I was on the verge of snapping but she fought for me and helped me get my money freed from an account Bank of America decided to close after giving me false information. Bank of America itself has gotten on my last nerve, but this manger is literally the best!!! I appreciate you!

Ana was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with all my questions and explained my new benefits and perks and credit card options and she took a lot of time from her day to make sure that all my questions were answered.

I made an appointment and Jose helped me. He answered all my questions and explained everything so I can understand. He also gave me some tips on starting my account and how to use the BoA app. Great customer service!

What bank closes at 4pm on a Friday? Just close this branch and move the people over to a branch that will actually be open when needed.

I've been banking with Bank of America for over 9 years now. Today was the worse experience with customer service there. Had a few simple questions and the banker that was assisting me was so rude, didn't acknowledge anything I was saying about my concerns, customer service the worse possible made me feel like a simple number. I will be looking into changing Banks.
