Cowboy Dave is the best I have been taking my cars to him since I moved here back in 2014, he is very reasonable and breaks everything down for you, I recommend him to everyone, and honestly his name should be "honest Dave"

This guy is total clueless and dishonest... he kept my vehicle for 2 days because I asked him to check the vehicle because overheating . This guy kept the vehicle for 2 days and didn't had any clue what was wrong with it . Did find out what was going on with it and tell me how much it would cost He just He does unnecessary work on the vehicle and hopes it was the problem and charges the customer for the unnecessary work . never asks the customer if it's ok to fix it . He said he changed the thermostat that was profectly find and try to charge me for it which I don't believe he ever change it at all . he couldn't find the problem so he put some kind of sealer in the coolant told me the vehicle is fixed took the vehicle home. the next drove the vehicle and overheated again . This guy doesn't know anything about the vehicle he will change the wrong part and charge the customer for it . I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Be careful this guy will rip you off. His work sucks

Carlos is amazing. We were referred to him by a friend. Best referral. Always great to know a good reliable mechanic. He will charge a fair price for the work done. Doesn't push "add on" services or perform unnecessary work.Very reliable and work done is top notch. He keeps us in the loop with cost and when to expect the car back. Cordial Automotive has serviced my cars consistently since 1990 when I moved here from Texas to teach in public schools in the west valley. It was on the strong recommendations of my older sister and our mother that convinced me to start bringing my cars to Cordial and have never regretted it. Always service that can be trusted. No trumped up need for parts and repairs. Example: I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was soon kindly made aware that I had misread the sticker and was sent on my way. If ever a part replacement needs to be made (very rare) I'm shown the failed part and learn in what way it failed. Service is always initiated and completed in the time allotment I was told to expect. No surprises and always friendly service. Donna H.

Diagnosed and repaired my mom's Cadillac without taking her to the cleaners! Very honest. Let her know about some repairs that may be in the near future, but didn't try to gouge her and get her to pay for work that wasn't needed. Thank you for the honest work!

All of my life I've been a Buick guy. I've been taking my Buicks to Lou Black at Cordial Automotive for approximately 12 years. I continue to avail myself to the service of Cordial Automotive because of my high expectations of honesty, integrity and fair prices. In my 80 plus years on earth I have never been impressed more on those expectations then I have in those 12 years of experience. Lou Black is an example for others to pattern themselves.
