I needed an assistive walker as the one I purchased through Amazon was was not what it was made out to be. It quickly became evident I should have gone here first. The female on duty knew exactly what to do when I claimed I was walking "hunched over" with my current one. She showed me two that were exactly what I was looking for. Boy, was that a blessing! I left there with what I still feel was exactly what I needed. Optional accessories included. Thank you MediQuip. I noticed a couple of other things that are "in my future". I now know where to go.

I came into the store in mid July with my Zoomer electric wheelchair not working. The technician spent time in the back room assessing the situation and determined it was a faulty wire. He told me it could be two or three weeks. I called after four weeks. He claimed the factory sent the wrong piece, and I was told it would be in the following Tues. A week later I called agin, and again, the wrong piece was sent. On September 13, approximately 2 months later, We brought the wire into the store after testing it on a multimeter. Technician looked at our wire, compared with the wire sent from the factory twice, and admitted the two wires were the same. We tried the new wire at home, to no success. After calling the technician, he referred us to Az Medequip- Goodyear. Ali at Az Medequip- Goodyear took the battery off the store model and put it on mine, and my chair started right up. We paid for a battery and were on our way. Two months and 15 minutes (approximately) later we have a functioning chair again. Please note, the Technician at the Peoria location never did contact me for a status update, leaving me hanging.
