Bad worst Walgreens ever, Do Not go here to refill prescriptions. If using Good RX will NOT honor when left prescription to fill they said they would match approximately $28 when picked up said not possible to get that cost it was $68. She said i could switch it back to CVS but that would be another 3 days or so to wait for them to take their sweet time and send back over, it already took 3 days to fill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WALGREENS AGAIN, NOT EVEN IF YOU PAID ME A MILLION TO DO SO, THEY ARE SO RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND THE WORST EVER!

never have common meds in stock. never have the prescriptions ready when they say they are, always a hassle, always a problem. Auto renew doesn't work because of some glitch they don't tell you until you go to pick up your meds, then you are stuck without meds.

Walgreens started very good for two months , after they asked you how are they doing with filling the prescriptions and you gave that great review , it went downhill, they offered ahead of time services for filling prescriptions, unfortunately it made it more difficult to have both prescription filled at the same time, they will call you that it's ready but you have to wait for an hour instead, or it's not available yet, it's been a headache.

I live in the area, and I've been going to this Walgreens for years. Never have I had a bad experience until today. The older blonde woman who was working Friday night was extremely rude and condescending. Not expecting when I was going in to get some cough drops for myself. I suggest some customer service training on how to be nice to others. Sad I have to say about a grown woman

The old rude woman in the front was very hateful towards my son and I. She is not pleasant and you should have someone who isn't so hateful helping people out. I will not be interacting with her anymore. I will go to another store if I have to which sucks because this is closest but god she needs to be moved to another position.

I had an appointment at this Walgreens to get my booster shot fir the covid today. I got there at 12:25 due to heavy traffic and waited in line for 5 min at the pharmacy. When I present my card I am told that my appointment was at 12:20 and that since I'm late I cannot get the shot . I pointed out that I had waited in line 5 min and that currently no one was in line behind me . I was denied. Well so much for shopping at any Walgreens . I would think that there could be a little better customer service during a pandemic... lol Oh well , headed to Walmart:) I did feel like the scene in Seinfeld where they get denied by the soup n****** lol

Terrible Rx people... Horrible app for refills. Rude slow out of stock. Closed for lunch... Covid would be a good excuse except it's been like this for 5 years just gotten worst. Transferring to CVS or Albertsons...

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever used. I don't even know why they would have a pharmacy here. They're never open. They're not helpful. Just close this miserable store already and sell inner tubes for the river.

After a rather unpleasant encounter with an older red headed woman, I called and spoke to Collin, the manager. He was very understanding and apologetic of my previous encounter and replaced my bag free of charge. Was a much better experience.

Attempted to call the pharmacy and was on hold for 22 minutes. Will try again in a bit or maybe even have to drive down there. I will say I have always had great experience with staff.
