Don't waste your time. They will constantly lie about when prescriptions are ready. Only excuses. Waiting over a week and a new excuse every time.

Violently ill with food poisoning after eating their sushi. Ate it immediately as I walked out the store and has been one of the worst experiences ever since.Also, the same exact time we walked out of the store and noticed the bone broth was 4 months expired we got off the shelf.Food poisoning and expired goods in one trip.

I drive from Queen Creek and pay 20% more in price than Walmart for the customer service of having someone bag my grocery's. Tonight I had to back my own groceries and the check out check was talking about his bleeding wounds on his body - you lost a customer Fry's

It's a much better pharmacy than my other Fry's. However, there should be a way to transfer everyone from one to the other without calling each time for each prescription. Certain items seemed like less selection. Kept clean though.

Wendy is THE NASTIEST Frys employee I have met. My dog is in service animal training, barked just twice and I got berated EMBARRASSED and THREATENED OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF MOST OF THE STORE. I have a cervical neck brace on and it's difficult enough being in pain, but this person is HORRIBLE!!! To make matters worse, I learned that she's an influential manager in the store with people that report to her, and I learned that this is a recurring issue with her. It's unfortunate that a single person at a wonderful store like this makes the shopping experience an unforgettable experience.

Came here to get a carrot cake, as it was my birthday and I was alone for it, so I was going to celebrate it my way. This store is HUGE and so easily accessible to get through! It's a marketplace too so they have everything you need in one stop!Customer service here I found to be top notch and very good. People asking you if you're finding everything you're in search of and just checking on you to make sure you're okay scores big points with me. The ambiance of this store, even when busy, is quiet for the most part.I am also impressed with how well stocked and clean the store is and that also scores big points with me and makes me a return customer. I know we shouldn't be judgmental but appearance IS everything when you go to a place, especially for your first time.

I have been waiting 11 days for my prescription to be filled. My medication is still out of stock and they have no sense of urgency about it. I just had my Dr. pull it from Frys and send to another pharmacy.

Called to figure out why a prescription could not be refilled and the person I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional. I will never return to that pharmacy!

I'm really unhappy because I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for the past few years and I always check to see when I get a prescription what the cash pay price is versus the insurance price...and they told me my thyroid med that wasn't covered was $60some dollars. Now that Fry's is no longer contracted with my insurance they are only charging me "the cash pay price" which is $23 .....that means they lied to me and still charged me my insurance contracted rate all these years, instead of the actual cash pay price. I'm really really disappointed in this poor service...way to look out for your patients

Horrible Service. Cheap Quality. RIP OFF!!!I went shopping here for some flowers and so I purchased them for curbside pick up, when I got the flowers it turned out that they didn't have the 18 count I bought and substituted it with the 12 count WITHOUT telling me!!! And so I ended paying 27 BUCKS for something that was for 12 BUCKS!!! And then the woman who works there just says that they don't have the thing in stock and they can't do anything about it!!! So I get RIPPED OFF because the employee doesn't have the DECENCY to even give me the thing at the original price!!!
