We went to the Mesa store, all staff was great. We worked with Dottie, Professional Color Advisor. She really transformed the look of our house. We cannot wait to start the project. Working with Dottie was a great experience. She was able to help me. Visualize the colors I wanted for my house. I was on the fence on what colors to use and by her doing what she did made me comfortable with going ahead with the colors that I chose. This is the first time using Dunn-Edwards paint. Woman at counter was extremely rude both times I came in, once to drop off for the color match once to pickup, acted like I was an inconvenience and was extremely short with me for no reason! Color match came out great but so what anyone with half a brain can color match well!!! Go to Power and McDowell they are much more friendly and will go out of their way to help you if necessary, this location doesn't really seem like they care! Things like this send painting contractors to Sherwin, Benjamin Moore or even Home Depot for paint!

Dottie W did an amazing job of helping me select exterior paint colors for our house. We needed something that would go well with existing roof, pavers, new windows and on the approved HOA list, which was not an easy task. She knows her colors and products well and with her recommendations we ended up with an outstanding result. Many thanks to Dottie!
