We decided to paint the exterior of our house and went into Dunn-Edwards Red Mountain location to look at paint colors for our community. At that time we met with Sam Staring the Professional Color Advisor. Sam was so helpful in explaining how the process worked and the services that she could provide
us. Sam did a rendering of our home with the paint we had selected. It made things so much easier for us to envision. She is truly an asset to Dunn-Edwards Red Mountain location.

We went to the Dunn Edwards store and received a warm reception from Juan. We bought a few paint samples, but we had questions about color coordination. He suggested we make an appointment with their Color Consultant. We worked with Sam and she was AMAZING! She listened, had great advice and we wound up with a great set of colors for our house, trim and garage doors. We will be using her in the future. Both Juan and Sam gave us the best possible experience with Dunn Edwards. I highly recommend this store and staff!

Sam was inspiring to work with! I was sleepless for a couple of nights, trying to sort colors out in my head. After sitting with her, she pulled out the magic color that pulled it all together. Her voice, cheerfulness and expertise made my project complete. I’ll certainly promote her and Dunn Edwards!

I worked with Helanna for a color consultation to select a paint color for my kitchen cabinets and highly recommend this service! I appreciated that I could do the initial phase via zoom and then the rest in my own home. Helanna was very prepared bringing only samples that matched my taste and decor. I ended up wanting a second consultation and was able to have her come one more time after 'living with' the previous samples. It is a great process in that you see samples in your own home/lighting and then are provided paint and adhesive sheets to live with it as long as you want. I will definitely use this service again.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The front Associate wanted to argue with me yet offer no solutions to my dilemma. I had to walk away to catch my breath as I couldn’t believe the response from “customer service”. I felt like the interaction was going to end in a confrontation- over a question and request for a paint code that I was directed to get from a door install contractor. I went to the Power/Southern store where staff was 5+ stars and apologized for the power rd experience although they had nothing to do with it. I will never shop at the power road Dunn Edwards and hope no one else experiences what I did. You never know who your customers are and who they will share their experiences with. Absolute fail on a simple matter that the other store was able to resolve immediately.

I've been to this location a few times now and it has always been a good experience. Kevin has helped me the few times I've come in and he is always extremely helpful and always welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is always super friendly and helpful. It never takes long to get my paint either. The location is clean and has many different choices of paint and supplies. I'll be back for more of my paint needs.

We have been to this store at least 4 times. Have had excellent customer service each time. I like how you can order ahead for easy pick up. Not something you can do at big box stores.
