Jacob was fantastic!!! I came in with my Toyota 86 to get new tires for my car. They let me know that my lugs were damaged so they couldn’t put my 4th tire on. They loaded the extra tire in my trunk and remember me after I came in two days later after I got the problem fixed. Jacob was ready at the door for me!! Perfect customer service on behalf of Jacob and crew!! Again thank you very much love the hospitality!

This place potentially saved my life! Was going to take my bmw to some common neighborhood tire shop and they were ready to install the tires I had. Well Benjamin and Michael informed me that the tires I had were not up to the proper specifications. They helped me find the proper tires and ordered them promptly. This place truly understands the integral part that quality tires play in enjoying a safe drive.

This Discount Tire has friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful staff. I have been a customer of this location for years and they have consistently been thorough, efficient and honest in their interactions. Nick, the branch manager, is always very helpful. And Joshua, who helped me the past two times, took the time to understand my concern and helped me resolve the issue safely and efficiently. My encounters with everyone in this location has always been very positive. Highly recommending them.

Recently, I had my tires repaired at their place, they didn't charge me, but they didn't fix my tires. The next day after I left, the tires were still flat. When I went back to negotiate, they said they could try to repair them again, but they weren't sure if they could fix them. It is recommended to change 4 tires for the safety of the body in the case of bad repair. My car is a Tesla, and I drove less than 3,000 miles and got a nail. I don't know if they did it intentionally, but it looks like it is intentional for profit, and eventually I had to change a new tire. I hope Tesla owners or expensive tires still go to the 4S shop for repair, after all, on the basis of spending money, they will not waste too much time and energy for you to toss back and forth, they make a living but waste other people's precious time! Service is good, but technology I dare give too high marks, because the cost of repairing a tire for free is still too expensive...

Michael and Gabriel were great !!!
Michael helped explain the Life time of a tire and Gabriel helped change the tire. Although Gabriel over filled my tire pressure it was a decent experience. Great place !!!!!

Soon as I walked in i met Joshua who handled my order for two new tires with complete professionalism. Answered all my questions and took the time to explain the lifetime warranty from purchasing brand new tires. Glad i came here instead of some used tire place like i usually do. Best tire experience I’ve had in Mesa. Monday morning at 1015am, I brought in a rim to have a tire put on. They had it done by 11 and they even priced matched a competitors tire.
