I would avoid getting anything edible from inside this place. I was in the middle of getting a fountain drink when I noticed a roach climbing up the machine and one just hanging out at the bottom where the excess ice falls down into. I tossed my shit in the trash and as I walked out the store I told the guy at the register he's got roaches but honestly he could care less... fucking gross!!!

Meh something sketchy going on at this gas station. Pulled up to a pump around 2:10am it said go see cashier so I walked to the front door. One guy behind the desk and 3 people inside the store grabbing beer (3 corona 24 packs to be exact). There's a sign on the door that' says "stores closed until 2:30" after I started to walk back to the pump the clerk hurried these 3 people out of the store with their beers and quickly locked the door behind him and looked around the parking lot and walked back.

Don't take credit. Also wouldn't take debit. I hate all am pm arco stations because of the credit card deal. We have many in our fleet. The company runs off credit. This messes up the book keeping. Only stopped as truck was well past e. Decided to chance it to the next station since even debit wouldn't work

I recently purchased gas at this AMPM, ARCO on University Boulevard and Country Club in Mesa Arizona.While waiting to pay for my gas, a young lady came in hot and sweaty and asked for a glass of water, and to my shock and dismay a young snarky clerk there said "we don't have any water cups"...the clerk was rude and seemingly didn't care! A CUP OF WATER?????I know BP is a large petroleum company & my little experience won't really bother the company; (remember the horrendous Gulf of Mexico oil rig explosion), Oh that's right. But consumers need to know its ok to pay a little more for gas to have a better buying experience; especially with the type of people BP and ARCO hires, even for an hourly clerk. Really disgraceful policy and procedure in my opinion! No water cups in Phoenix in the summer...come on y'all can do better than that...and no bathrooms! I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and who ever reads this comment, I hope they do the same! It's ironic you advertise the tagline; "Oasis of Thirst"...lol

Avoid. Bad customer service, the clerk was very rude. Multiple pumps are broken.clerks act like they don't care.
