I've been coming here since I moved to Arizona in 2020, and no matter how far I have to tow my car, I will always bring it here. I've brought my Subaru here for everything from a new battery and an oil change to engine problems. Chuck and his team are truly one of the greatest things about this state. As a young woman, I have never felt more comfortable taking my car into a shop than I do at Advanced Auto Repair. Chuck and his technicians explains everything with such kindness and compassion, and they often follow up in the week after a service to ensure everything is still running okay. I genuinely feel like this team cares as much about my safety as I do.
Bottom line - these guys are the BEST!

I worked with Chuck repeatedly for years and cannot say enough good things about how he has handled everything. He is honest, he is forthright, he is good at what he does. Chuck is honest, fair, and very thorough. They always check in a day or so later to see if everything is still good with the repairs. I've been taking my cars to him for years now. I love this place.

Chuck and his team provided exceptional service! I brought my car in for A/C problems, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Chuck was incredibly communicative throughout the process. I didn't feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Their kindness and efficiency were truly impressive. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place…brought my Acura here with a blown radiator and they had it fixed the next day…kept me informed every step of the way and the price was very fair (on the lower end of the average for such a repair)…Chuck was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable…very easy to see why he and his shop has such high ratings…thank you Chuck!

LOVED this place. So honest compared to other auto shops. Had my car towed there and a few hours later was able to pick it up. Small thing with my shifter that needed to be repaired but I had them do an estimate that another shop had done for a control arm and it was $200 cheaper, plus they didn't charge all the extra work the other shop wanted to add on. As a woman in my early 20s I get worried that auto shops will take advantage, but this place answered my questions and took time to explain everything well. This is absolutely my new shop!

Took my 76 corvette in for some emissions stuff and met with chuck, I had them do a diagnostic on the car and like true mechanics they found everything that kept it from passing. I drove the car to emissions and it took less time to pass, then it did to fail the first time. I highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs. So much in fact that I have already scheduled my next visit to get another repair done on my harmonic balance. Low prices and a quick turn around are two things you should expect with a visit to Chuck and his team.
