The store area is really nice and has great service, do not use the pharmacy…always new people, takes forever to even get acknowledged even if there is no one waiting in line, and usually have to be calling to get prescriptions resent

Extremely unprofessional. Canceled my refill two days in row without reason when i need the medication as a priority to stay healthy. Answered the phone then hung up in my face .

Every time I call the pharmacy they put me on hold and keep me on hold then they pick up and don't say anything and just hangup on me. It's very unprofessional.

Called to speak to a tech at the pharmacy was placed on hold repeatedly. Over 30 minutes of a wait and in the end was hanged up on.

This Walgreens tried to charge me $20 per pill and put me on hold for over 45minutes before hanging up on me. San Marcos pharmacy in CA charged me under $20 for an entire month's worth. Greedy Walgreens no longer gets my business.

Waiting in line for 20 minutes in the prescription drive through is ridiculous. 20 minutes to even get up to the window, after 1 car got frustrated and left. Apparently need more staff

I called to ask when my prescription would be ready. The women pharmacist said in a hour. I went through the drive thru over an hour later, which it took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge me at the window, to tell me they would be with me as soon as she can. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes be told my prescription was not ready. She was not genuinely sorry and in just in a big hurry. I had to ask them if they can text me. She began to tell me they are just too busy with keeping up with everything including vaccinations. Not my problem. Don't tell someone iprescription will be ready in an hour and it's not. Now I have to make another trip. I would have been more understanding if she nice and genuinely sorry. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them all the time.

I chose one star because it was needed to write a review. This is a zero star pharmacy store. While the young men and women in the pharmacy are pleasant and competent , there is a nasty middle-aged woman who is so rude. She doesn't realize people are customers and can go to other pharmacies. Like customers of any other retail operation. I had read all the awful reviews before my Rx was at this store but it is the closest Walgreens to my neighborhood. There is no reason the woman is so rude - especially since the pharmacist and younger employees dealing with customers are pleasant. She should either have a position without customer interaction or be let go. I told the store manager about my experience and he listened and said he would talk to the pharmacy manager about my awful experience. Evidently, knowing full well current and older reviews are awful, the store and pharmacy managers have done nothing to correct the issue or change this woman's attitude and behavior. Take your Rx anywhere else.

Paid for a propane tank refill and when the boy came out to open the cage i found i had left the tank on my jobsite and when we got done with the work day I had forgotten to go back... I went back today to get my tank and was greeted with doubt when the manager got to me (he wrinkled his face as if I was lying) I left that horrible store.I even tried to prove i paid for it with my Bank records and of they did a quick count they would be 1 tank over. ZERO HELP AND 100% RUDENESS

No one answers pharmacy phone and if they do they put you on hold and then it Re rings and rehang up on your or put you on hold.Another pharmacy is better I'm sure

Do NOT FILL Prescriptions here. Drive out of your way but don't go here. They are RUDE. Very inpatient and rude...despite trying to be kind. And 8f there's a line INSIDE with 10 people..they will literally ignore YOU and then pick up the speaker phone and say..I'm sorry there's 10 people in here and WE have to help them first! Go anywhere else!
