The manager Gabby is very friendly & Super helpful. My husband & I went in for our Appt today & Gabby was great. Helped my husband get a new phone which he desperately needed. She also suggested he register online when we got home for his Military Discount! Thx Gabby. Highly recommend her & this store.

If I could give zero stars on this location I would! We as a family were told that our bill would be a certain amount and it’s been 13 months that they have overcharged us!! We have gone round and round with employees at this store as well as their superiors and have had nothing resolved. Our family is completely dissatisfied with all levels of Verizon right now in addition to multiple false promises!

THIS IS A FOLLOW UP REVIEW SINCE YOU ARE UNABLE TO LEAVE MORE THAN ONE REVIEW!!!!! Horrible establishment!!This is an update to the post below which is now at month 13 without issue being corrected. Still empty promises and no follow through. They can’t even issue refund checks within a 2 month period so far!THIS IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW!!!!!!Stay away from this location!!!!!!!!This store is a retailer for Verizon and is not affiliated with Verizon so any problems that you have with this location cannot be corrected or even acknowledged by Verizon!Verizon cannot and will not help!Reading these reviews and discovering that apparently I am not the only one having all of the same issues. This location is absolutely horrible and you should stay away. I walked into this Silverbell location December of last year to combine my wife’s phone onto my bill and add one for one of my kids.I was talked into a new family plan with all new devices three new Apple watches and two new Apple iPads. My original interaction was with Victoria overseen by Abraham Ortiz who is the store manager. Long story short we gave up or paid off devices in exchange for a plan that was verified and promised to be $250 and no more each month, my bill fluctuates and has risen up to almost $580 at the highest. I have been fighting with this location for the past 8 months and getting no resolve. Through conversation I was told by Abraham Ortiz that he will involve a district manager who will issue me a refund check and that is still yet to be seen. Now I’m told he has moved on to a new location more than likely causing the same problems for other individuals and families. I am not sure how or why this location is able to operate this way and still be in business. You cannot contact the store and despite multiple emails from Verizon Wireless to this retail location they do not get answered. Every time I have a phone conversation with somebody at this location or in person, including Abraham Ortiz I am reluctantly being told that it is fixed and will be reflected on my next bill cycle. This is not the case and has not been the case. This is how hard-working Americans are treated by Verizon and it’s affiliates and this is a disgrace. I have had most all cell phone providers, and this is by far the worst.Follow up:As if this horrible review was not enough and any additional was needed I went ahead and contacted Victra like I’m supposed to at customer service for Verizon wireless and they have sent me five emails that are populated by a robot. They guarantee me that they will reach out to me within 48 hours. That was three days ago. Even their customer service is a joke. One more reason to go with another provider. My contact for Victra Verizon customer service was Kathy Sheehan and she can’t even follow through.I also contacted Nabor Rodriguez, who is supposed to be the district manager, and/or the owner of this establishment three days ago, and have also heard no correspondence through him.Blind is leading the blind!

This store is great because it's usually not that busy and they do take appointments. But be aware that this is a company called Victra that Verizon has contracted to be an authorized retailer. I'm not sure if Verizon still runs their own brick & mortar retail locations, but I know that some people feel more comfortable going through a direct phone carrier location.Edit: to be clear, they are fairly straightforward about being an authorized retailer. For example, the business is named Verizon on Google (which may have been suggested to Google by a user or assigned by Google itself without any involvement from Victra), but they have the profile logo set to the Victra logo. The storefront sign simply reads "Verizon", but the store signage indicates that they are an author retailer. The employees didn't specifically mention that it was an authorized retailer, but it's definitely not any type of secret lolThe selection of accessories and in-stock devices is often much better than the selection at busier locations. The employees typically provide fantastic customer service and put a lot of effort in to reviewing your plan to help lower your monthly bill and eliminate unused lines.They are salespeople who probably receive commission, so they do upsell. But they've never been super pushy or manipulative in my experience. Sometimes upselling does actually help you select a product that you actually love. Rene talked me into choosing the larger screen for my Pixel 7, and I'm now very glad that I didn't go with the smaller version! This phone is perfect!The only downsides to this location is that they are a bit shady about pricing on accessories. Be sure to ask about the prices for the items you have selected. The mark up is usually fair enough, especially in exchange for the convenience of walking out of the store with everything you need. But there can definitely be some sticker shock when they give you the total at the end. This is extra important if you don't have much money.They also don't make it particularly clear that certain non-removable "accessories" (more accurately described as modifications), like liquid glass screen protectors/nano glass may void warranties from the phone manufacturer. Look into products that modify your device before deciding whether or not you want to move forward with the purchase.And be aware that they do charge a $39USD (as of September 2023) fee for having the employee help you set up your new phone. This fee is generally fair and reasonable, however employees may or may not disclose this service fee beforehand.Setting up your own device, including transferring the data from your old device is almost always straightforward and simple to do. The operating systems are designed to clearly walk users through the set up & transfer process. Regardless of whether or not you see yourself as "tech savvy", most people have no trouble setting their own devices up (yes, including you boomers, you guys are way better with technology than anyone gives you credit for!).It's perfectly acceptable for you to decline this service. Though I'm not sure how it works when you're trading your old device in. I'm also not sure if they allow you to request set up assistance after initially refusing. For example, if you're having trouble setting it up on your own. I can't imagine that you're not allowed to return to the location and request the service.Overall, this location is a great way to purchase a new device/set up or make changes to a Verizon plan.

Gabrielle and her staff helped me get a replacement phone since mine wasn't working too well. They have very good customer service, and I like how each of them took their time to help me. They were all very, respectful and I will be going back anytime I need help with either one of my phone's. Thank you, Gabrielle you guys are awesome.

Great customer service!!! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Aracely helped through the whole process of getting my broken phone switched to my new one without any issues.
