5 star! I put my trust in the google reviews and sight unseen, I ordered a purple and white bouquet within 3 days of a funeral. I was unsure if she would be able to make it and deliver at the time requested. Ann Marie did a spectacular job. The arrangement was exactly what I asked for. I also appreciated the fact she asked what my budget was and she made a gorgeous arrangement with the funds available. I will definitely be trusting her with my future floral needs.

Amazing service and quality! I had called around for flowers for my Mother In-laws birthday with no luck because it falls on Easter. Ann Marie was able to not only deliver last minute and with the Easter holiday but gave us great service and was wonderful to talk to over the phone to order. So grateful for the beautiful Bouquet that my Mother-in-law loved. Will definitely be using again in the future.

I call FTD and because they said I missed the widow of ordering for a funeral by an hour...they were not able to help me with what i was looking for. I decided to look under local florists..I found Ann Marie's Flower shop. Not only was her customer service expectational especially due to the current event. But her ability to put something together so quickly and absolutely STUNNING arrangement was just simply outstanding. The picture does NOT do this arrangement justice! She will absolutely be my floral shop for LIFE! Did I fail to mention she even sent me a photo when she was done. Amazing women and floral shop!

I highly recommend Ann Marie's. Her arrangements are truly custom and she goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. Wlhen a recent arrangement didn't work out, she replaced it with another beautiful creation. We have already recommended Ann Marie to several friends. What an unexpected find! I ordered from Mequon Wisconsin to deliver in the Litchfield area and was overwhelmed with her arrangement. Fabulous color! My friend couldn't stop talking about it when thanking me. Ann Marie will be my "go-to". How great!

Do not order from her. Not only were the flowers for my grandmothers funeral almost 2hours late, they were also not anywhere near what we ordered. Several of the flowers were wilted and flowers from the cross started falling off during the service. Stands were also not delivered with any flowers and needed to be provided by the mortuary. Any problems supposedly had before delivery were never conveyed to me and were only brought to light when I called trying to figure out where the flowers were. When asking why all flowers were not delivered at the same time, she told me it was because she didn't have enough room. When talking to her, I was upset, and I was not met with a sympathetic tone. It is the responsibility of the provider to deliver on time and rise to the occasion and this was not the case. Also during the process of ordering flowers, information provided was inconsistent and an impression of inconsistent prices was given. Pictures if expectations were provided and discussed before the order was placed. What was discussed did not take place. Very disappointing for this occasion.

I had an unfortunate experience recently when I purchased a bouquet from a florist I was referred to after the one I initially planned to use was closed that day. Regrettably, my expectations were not met, and I ended up spending more than I intended. To add to my disappointment, the bouquet arrived in a half-dead state. Furthermore, despite requesting an AM delivery, the flowers were completely forgotten until I reached out via email and voicemail just before closing time, inquiring about their whereabouts.By the time the bouquet finally arrived on Wednesday at 5:00 PM, the flowers were quite wilted. This left me disheartened, especially considering the significant price I paid. The size of the bouquet was rather small for the amount I spent, and I would have preferred a larger arrangement even if it meant fewer roses. Additionally, the flowers barely lasted 2.5 days before being completely dead which was incredibly disappointing.Overall, this experience left me unsatisfied with the quality of the bouquet, the timing of delivery, and the value for the price I paid. I had hoped for a beautiful and long-lasting bouquet, (at least a week!) but unfortunately, these expectations were not met.

Really great experience with Ann Marie. Called on Monday for a birthday bouquet delivery the following day. Order was done over the phone, told her how much I was looking to spend plus delivery. Paid over the phone and the next day my girlfriend had the biggest, prettiest flower bouquet she had ever seen. Pictures do no justice whatsoever. Ann Marie delivered big time! I will be doing business again here. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely horrific experience. Located in a townhouse, no access, very unprofessional, the guy looks and acts erratically and was yelling at the owner (his mother). Would not recommend. Ever.

I've ordered from Anne Marie twice now, the first time was for mother's day and she did a beautiful job! This last time was for my mothers birthday and it was even better than the last time. She is very pleasant over the phone and after we talked about what I wanted, she did an amazing job at getting it perfect:) I highly recommend her for any type of flower arrangements.
