Why pay a premium for Verizon service when it’s nearly impossible to get assistance unless you track down one of the few corporate Verizon stores? There are far more authorized resellers than actual Verizon locations, but these resellers are only helpful for new sales, leaving long-time customers constantly frustrated. It’s incredibly inconvenient to walk into what looks like a Verizon store, only to be told they can’t help with your issue. Customers shouldn’t have to play a guessing game with storefronts, hoping the person they waited for can actually resolve their problem.
For a service that is so expensive and touted for reliability, the lack of accessible customer support is unacceptable. It feels like Verizon prioritizes new sales over its loyal customers, making the overall customer experience severely lacking.

Terrible customer service. Rep had bad attitude and treated us stupid. Manager refused to be helpful or engage. Wanted a second phone and he wouldn't help with that either. Completely offended as a customer and will never return. Don't bother, better service at the Chandler store, but here in Laveen we sacrifice service for convenience only to leave angry and unsatisfied. Just shut down and let your location become a Filibertos or Dutch Bros. Lol

Starting having issues with my service this week.To make a long story short, I stopped into see if I could be assisted further with my account as I couldn't fox the issue myself nor did I have the full know how.I was greeted by Josue (or Jose, I apologize if I'm spelling your name wrong bud.), And was immediately helped after relaying my issue to him.Definitely a very knowledgeable man as well as well spoken and did awesome with providing an effective solution.Thanks to this Gentleman I got my account in order.Great customer service is hard to come by these days, the service he provided was Superb and one I am thankful to have come across.

This store has amazing service!! If you can, get Jose to help you. He's unbelievably knowledgeable and makes certain you get the best deal available, insures you're aware of what they have. He and manager Frank are a great team. I don't know why anyone would want to have any other phone service.
