Desk and mail delivery is fine. Package delivery is horrible. Another package today marked as delivered but was not. This happens over and over again. There was the "Unsecured Location" excuse before. Deliveries that were supposed to go to the porch but were dropped in front of the garage instead. I called and went up the chain and that stopped. Now I guess I'm on his/her hate list.

All the other employees are so nice but there's one employee that gives me a hard time every time I have to pick up packages.And today she was unbelievably rude to me and only gave me one out of the two packages I was picking up.And I even talked to the manager about her and they didn't care!

The employees are just rude. I walk in, say good morning, get totally ignored. A local walks in and says good morning they have a little small talk. The guy gave me the wrong package and walked away too when I asked about my packages. The locals will be rude to you in Rimrock if you're not from here but damn didn't expect it from federal employees too.

To our route delivery person , you provide horrible service , mail being put in wrong mailboxes we received 3 different ppls mail in our box , we have received crushed packages crammed in our mailbox because you were too lazy to deliver to house address , as of right now I received notice that 2 of my meds were delivered well guess what, no meds were delivered to me . I asked for help in regards to a lost $300.00 money order I was told they couldn’t help me that there wasn’t anything they could do , couldn’t they at least looked to see if it had been cashed? I’m out the money now and had to resend it thru western union again seems like they don’t care in that post office and yes there is at least one rude man in there that acts like your bothering him

I'd say half of the staff there were fantastic. We had a great experience setting up general delivery. We were told that we'd have to pay postage on anything that wasn't shipped by USPS. We were fine with that. Then we get a call from the shipper that our package was denied at the post office. Come to find out there's one worker who works there who makes everyone's life is miserable as possible. It's a woman, probably late 40s, early '50s, blonde hair. She refused to give her name. Of course. She gave us a lecture for 20 minutes about how we weren't supposed to ship packages there that we were already told we could ship there. Whenever you try to explain anything to her, she just cut you off. Her favorite phrase is " Let me tell you how this is gonna work" in one of those terribly annoying and arrogant tones. When I told HER how it was going to work that I wanted to talk to her supervisor, she said I was a hostile customer in the lobby. This woman is an absolute lunatic. And essentially just causes chaos where there didn't need to be any. Just be careful who you talk to there and make sure everything gets verified by the postmaster. Avoid this woman at all costs, please do so for the sake of your own sanity. She's dramatic, she wastes time. She scolds people for things that aren't even remotely wrong in any scenario possible. I don't know how she's made it this far in life.

Be grateful if you don't rely on this post office to deliver your mail. No accountability. I receive about 50% of the mail that's sent to me and the other 50% just vanishes without a clue.

Nobody answers the phone, carriers don't even try to deliver packages they just leave the slip in the mailbox.

I live a few minutes away and come in every week day. I find the staff helpful and they call me by name. I am not sure how much better it could get, its not super busy and its easy to deal with.

I went into this post office during Christmas week and was helped by Jenifer. My experience with her service was amazing! Not only was she calm and patient with the customer in front of me who was frazzled, but she was chipper and helpful to me as well! Wonderful customer service!

I feel fortunate to have our local post office. I think it may be possible that mail and packages were getting misplaced and not all the mail was getting delivered during the election year. That possibly had to do with somebody they had working in the back?? I'm not sure. All I know is I love this post office and I love the people that are working there now! They really care! Not to mention that I have probably the best delivery person in the entire area! He probably has the coolest mail jeep I've ever seen!!

always helpful and friendly - appreciate all they do - some of these negative comments I've never experienced and I've lived here 15 years. My point is don't believe what you read people experience it for yourself. Thank you Rimrock postal workers.

The most unhelpful, rude, and least accommodating post offices I have ever been to. The front is not convenient for people who work (open M-F 8:30-4pm), so you have to take time off of work to actually get anything done, and they throw packages away without making any effort to figure out why a package may not hasn't been picked up (in my case, someone at the post office wrote the wrong address on my package, so they kept telling me I didn't have anything to pick up). They hide in the back and refuse to answer questions when they are there on Saturday....The answer is always no and I am yet to witness any of them go "above and beyond." Some of the absolute worst customer service ever.

I'm not sure what his name is but the tall, portly customer service representative for the United States Postal Service here in Rimrock, Arizona was incredibly rude during my visit. This gentleman acted as if I was bothering him with my mailing questions, and his responses were short and unhelpful. It's unfortunate that the United States Postal Service employs such unhelpful and rude staff at the Rimrock, Arizona location, especially since every other United States Postal Service location I've visited in Arizona has resulted in excellent and friendly customer service.
