My turbo went out ( 3 hour job). They’ve had my car for two weeks and have not touched it. Even after being told it’s “priority” because I went through the dealership that sends them their cars. DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY!!!! I’m still not sure when I will get my car back as the only answer they’ve given me for DAYS is “today or tomorrow” after initially being told a week. Told 3 days in a row “your car is first in line”.

We had an emergency and had to have our truck towed to One stop. We live about 3 hours away so having the truck break down was more than inconvenient. The guys working not only repaired it same day but the cost was super reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

The service we received at One Stop Automotive was nothing short of amazing. We were on a long road trip and essentially stranded before we were towed back to Kingman. OSA could have taken advantage of us in multiple ways as we had no other options, yet they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by taking our van in, identifying the broken part as under warranty and working to get it fixed at no cost to us, and getting us back on the road within ONE day, all right before July 4th! If we lived in or around Kingman we’d most certainly be back. THANK YOU, ONE STOP! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Idler pulley went out on road trip with my daughter 1800 miles from home and took out the serpentine belt, I was lucky enough to coast from the interstate into a parking lot in Kingman a quarter mile from their shop. Walked to their shop with my daughter, was told by employee they do not sell parts and would not order the idler pulley (which was in stock at a napa 3 miles away) and have delivered to their shop. Recommended I take a taxi to Napa to get the part (I carry a spare belt and tools so I only needed the pulley), so I did. Taxi brings me back to my car and I perform the repair in the parking lot, however, part of my old pulley was stuck to the post. I called One Stop and explained that I could basically see their shop from the parking lot I was stranded in and if they had someone available with a vice grip or possibly a chisel it would be an easy job maybe take 2 min to remove the part of the old pulley that was stuck. Whoever answered the phone rudely said 'We will not do mobile repairs so that's where we are on that' leaving me and my 12 year old daughter stranded on a 105 degree day. So I called the taxi AGAIN, got a ride to Harbor Freight 3 miles away, bought a chisel/hammer/vice grip, got back to my car and did the repair myself in the parking lot. Took 2 minutes to get the old part off and finish the repair. So instead of One Stop Automotive getting paid for helping out a stranded father and his daughter, my money went to Napa auto parts, harbor freight, and a taxi driver (who got a very generous tip on top of their fare). So in short, One Stop is getting a 1 star for turning away a stranded motorist and his daughter (twice), thanks for doing less than nothing to help. The two different 'mechanics' that talked to me that day should be ashamed, I can't imagine not lending a helping hand to someone in need, let alone a paying customer that walked into my shop when I had the tools available to get them back on the road in no time. Adding a few random photos I took to back my story.

A rather difficult job on a Harley fender. Repair some damage without ruining the factory pin stripe. The job turned out perfect, and was completed in less time than I expected. Highly recommend their work.

These guys are the absolute best. I have only had 2 experiences with them, but if anything else happens and I know it will, I will most definitely return. First rate service, all the way around.
Thank you so much.

Fixed my old van that I hadn't driven in 5 years.I dreaded the worst thinking what all could be wrong thar made it not start, considering a somebody had taken parts off 3 years ago. I was relieved when it was under a thousand and the only major issue was the fuel pump. They said the removed parts were in the van and they did little things like get rid if the old gas and put some new gas in.So I give them a fair, honest & reasonable.

My car has been intermittently acting up. Because I am alone, i had no way to get home after i dropped off the car and no way to get to the shop to pick it up after the repair. The guys at One Stop have a courtesy van and took me home, then after the repair, picked me up and took me back to the shop. The repair was not able to be completed because the car didn’t experience any issues while at the shop. Marty didn’t charge me anything for looking at the car. I just thought that went above and beyond my expectations.

Nope. 0 stars. Brought my car in for front end repair. I knew it was the ball joints and tie rods. They said it needed tires and alignment. So, I did as requested. $1000 later I was told by Great West tire it was just as I presumed. Horrible way to treat a disabled man and my veteran father. Hope to see a permanent closed sign on the door.
