“We scheduled a date for service and asked that the check engine light be corrected along with the steering box. We also asked for a complete check under the truck to check suspension and all the under components. The crew got my truck on and everything corrected to include the bad idler pully and serpentine belt that was located in the inspection.The crew were quick and thorough and were under priced from other shops I had visited. I was relieved when it was under a thousand and the only major issue was the fuel pump. They said the removed parts were in the van and they did little things like get rid if the old gas and put some new gas in.So I give them a fair, honest & reasonable.”

“My Prius had a check engine light on, which had been diagnosed as a P1116. Google said to check certain things. My coolant level was low, possible cause.I called and spoke with Paul, he said that they work on Hybrids and to bring it by.A gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) added coolant (not where I expected it to go) and ran the diagnostics again. Same code. He checked further and the temperatures were only 3 degrees different (problem begins at 45 degrees.) He erased the P1116 code and told me if the check engine light came back to bring the car back in.They were friendly and courteous. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I will be back when the next service needs to be done.Highly recommend.”

“Ended up there by accident one or the other places in town even though there were five guys and I was second in line they told me the other lane wasn't open. Which means I could 30 minute wait so I roll into here quick lube and two people bitta Bing bang. All done I think it ends up 15 bucks cheaper than the other ones in town smart experienced owner ship I believe probably the key to this establishment”

“This company deserves 6 stars!! And so does the General Manager, Debbie Sleep and all of the staff!I was driving from Canada to Mexico and got a flat about 40 km from Kingman, AZ on 93S. I was towed to this shop. I still can’t believe the care, kindness and exemplary service I received from Debbie and her staff. She went WAY above and beyond anything I ever would have expected. I had much anxiety and was thinking I may need to take an uber to Vegas to buy a tire because none of the local shops had my size in inventory.Sensing my anxiety level and wanting to help me, Debbie not only personally drove me to a competitor to purchase the tire I needed (since it would arrive there the next day) but she also drove me to a hotel for the night and picked up my tire the next day and took it back to her shop to have it installed and then picked me up from the hotel. She also stored my fully-loaded vehicle in her shop overnight and gave me complete confidence that it would be safe (and it was). I seriously couldn’t believe that I was treated with this level of kindness and care. This type of service and care is definitely not the norm.This is a tire shop that respects its customers and demonstrates the highest integrity, service and professionalism. And Debbie simply rocks!! As do all her staff.If you need new tires or a repair please go to this shop! Just go! You will be in the very best hands and be dealing with a shop that truly values their customers and treats you as a person rather than just another income source. “Saturday afternoon of a big festival weekend in Kingman, Az. We broke down 31 miles outside the city on the open highway with our big GMC Yukon and our trailer attached. Waited three hours for a tow truck. The sun was hot and the traffic constant and everywhere we called said they couldn't possibly see us until Wednesday or that they we closed. Not HRS, he was there for us! Tom was the best! He was clear, direct and honest. He told us, "have them tow it here and I will do what I can to get you safe and back out on the road as quickly as possible." He was a man of his word. He explained what he thought might be the problem, which it was. This guy works on racing cars, he knows his stuff. He had us fixed and back on the road within 24 hours - just like he said he would. Thomas is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, exacting and reliable. The price was fair and the work was well done. We feel so lucky that HRS was the shop that was open and the one who took our call. Our tow truck driver, when he arrived, asked us where we wanted him to take the car. We told him HRS and we asked him what he thought, he said, "Well, I don't know him personally, but I know he's a great mechanic!" And right he was! The experience of breaking down on the highway out in the desert is not a pleasant nor safe-feeling experience, but Thomas made everything better and feel possible! Thank you, Tom! You are a great mechanic and a wonderfully caring human being.”

“As they say, when it rains, it pours! Navigation display went out in 2007 Honda CR-V EX-L. A week later, the air conditioning stopped putting out cold air. An ongoing problem has been a noisy rear end (loud whining noise). I changed out the navigation display and Holden's did their magic with the air conditioning and rear end. Excellent work, fair prices, and super friendly people to deal with. I would highly recommend them!”
