Had a puncture on my tire so I went in, and despite not having an appointment they had me in and out pretty quickly. Ian helped me and he was very reassuring, went over everything with me concerning warranty and what they could do. He was very nice and professional. I had a great experience and would recommend this discount tire to anyone.

Everyone here is awesome! The girl that checked me in was so sweet! Showed up late to my appointment and they still took me in. Only took about an hour, super fast quality service! Austin took care of my Nissan and wow it feels like a new car! Rotated them and everything! I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you guys again:) I've been going to discount for years and I will continue to go here!

Honestly, the girl in the front is useless. Didn't even put in the correct information and had to wait additional time because of it . Time is money ...but Matthew was very helpful!

Well, I usually never leave reviews but this was pretty ridiculous. If you have specialty wheels DO NOT COME HERE. I understand mounting and balancing requires the wheel to be compressed and have a tire lever or have the machine break the tire off, but holy moly, I've never had my wheels this scratched from a tire shop! Looks like someone rushed this job and wasn't happy. Last time I'll be heading there! Now I have to look for a place to repair my wheels...

Just got here rafter debacle at Firestone. It's a different experience from the moment I walk in. All bay doors open. Mechanics are all workin and pumped to get work done and give customers their keys-- "Boom!" The other place was depressing and had my truck a full day for a simple flat repair or tire replacement. Discount Tire Gentleman kindly accepted my truck just 40 min before close and said - " we got it!! Just relax here!" Whewwww.Update. -- they took care of me in 45 minutes flat! They got NASCAR mechanics goin over here!!

My daughter recommended this tire store, and we were very happy that we went there. This store is very organized with a check in place when you first arrive. You then wait to speak to a tire salesman and after selecting your tires, you can either wait in the waiting area where there are a lot of chairs, or you can walk around the adjacent shopping centers , which is what we did. One nice feature that this store does provide is updated text messages for to alert you when your vehicle is ready. The whole process was very efficient and we are very happy with our new tires

My experience at this location was subpar and disappointing. i first took my Tesla Model 3 with 5,000 miles to Discount Tires when my tire popped on the i10 highway while I was traveling across country for a PCS move. I immediately took the next exit and had my tire replaced at the 99th and McDowell location. Fast forward 2 years later, I am experiencing a slow air leak due to a nail and decided to take my vehicle to this location, Dysart and McDowell. I present them with a competitors invoice to price match, they were hesitant on handling it for that price until a manager advised it was no problem. 2 weeks later I experience another nail in my tire. I give a call to the same location to see if they have any availability so that my vehicle can be towed there. It was almost closing time so I have my vehicle towed there and come back the next day to handle repairs. I advise the assistant manager with the same exact invoice and request for the same tire along with a rotation. This representative states he cannot honor that invoice. Long story short, this interaction was much longer than the experience i had 2 weeks prior, going back and forth. It is just mind blowing that you clearly have my prior service history and invoice and are unable to proceed with repairs. I request to just have a manager come resolve the issue and the representative automatically is able to honor the price and repairs. Under Discount Tire's website, head over to Customer Care / Low Price Guarantee and disregard everything they claim and read the last paragraph, "*We will not be undersold by an authorized non-auction retailers offering comparable product and service. We reserve the right to decline any price match request under our own discretion." Discount Tire has every right to decline your request which is perfectly fine with me. The business practice of honoring it one day and not honoring the same exact service 2 weeks later just gives me the feeling of distrust. I would have taken my vehicle elsewhere the second time if my vehicle was drivable. I would not recommend Discount Tire for a reputable tire repair facility, especially not this location.

Took my wifes 2021 chevy traverse to get flat tire repairs. Multiple tires were going low. Next day I noticed my rims were scratched bad. No one has touched my wheels but them. Took my car in and they inspected it. They sent my issue to some third party insurance who was the most disrespectful company that I have ever spoke to. They refuse to repair or replace my rims and are hiding behind this insurance company. If you take black rims I would highly recommend to take pictures of them before you allow them to take your wheels off. They will deny any damage to your wheels. Before this they lost my locks on my other vehicle and never told me. Hard lesson learned for me $1200!!! So sad that Discount would do this to anyone. As a USMC veteran this is really low to be treated in this manner.

I have bigger Michelin privacy MXM4 235/45R18 tires. They had 19k miles and the tread on all four are great. I took my vehicles to a different wheel shop to see if I had a nail in my tire from rapidly losing pressure prior to going to discount. They checked and saw I had a nail but did not have the tire in stock. They stated all my other tires were in great condition. I called several places and received quotes on tires. Ended up going to Discount since they would price match and had the tire I needed in stock. Once I arrived they stated I needed four new tires because my tread was shot, all ALL FOUR. They gave me a difficult time with the price matching because it didn't explicitly state Michelin, but it had the abbreviation (MCH) and part number. After some banter he accepted the price match but could tell he was annoyed with me rejecting four tires and arguing about the quote. Took 2.5 hours to replace. Once I got home I noticed they did not screw on the caps for my tire properly and fell off in transit. Overall a horrible experience, I would recommend going to a different discount or different tire shop.

Called for pricing for my mom and scheduled an appointment and asked that the quote and pricing be saved for when she arrives. On appointment date the person had not saved the quote this the person added extra fees and costs to the tires. What was supposed to be around $1,000 out the door became almost $1,300 and would not honor pricing as the person who quoted called off that day. Needless to say they missed this business and will be happy to give it elsewhere

I had missed a previously scheduled appointment and called the store for a quick and easy reschedule. The employees at this location were kind, patient, and very helpful along the way. I came in for a tire rotation and rebalance at 9:00AM, came in at 8:30, they serviced my vehicle at 8:50 and had it done by 9:15!! I came back later that day to replace a flat tire on another vehicle, I expected to be back in two hours and 45 minutes later they have a brand new tire for me. Great service, fast work, and very accommodating staff. Adrian at the front was instrumental for such a great experience.

Joey got some poor attitude, terrible customer service will not be coming back here. I ask about some potential damage and then he treats me like garbage. Cmon man do better. Won't be coming back to this location.

I went to put air in my tires they make it so easy you just drive through and put air in your tires for free. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and had a nice smile. Not sure of his name but he had dark brown hair and glasses. He was very polite and when I gave him a tip he was very grateful. Great hire discount tire. Will buy all my tires here
