My 2000 Tundra with 312k miles is running like a Champ again thanks to Champs.
They replaced the leaking high pressure power steering pump and did a flush of the steering system. They also did an alignment on it and it drives like a new again. Not many shops do wheel
Alignments on trucks with lifts, but Champs does.

This is my second time using Champs and the result again were outstanding. Short backstory, my brand new 2022 Ram Rebel had developed an annoying rattle in the steering column. In 2023 I took it to two RAM dealerships, LHM surprise and Bill Luke. The truck was seen 7x, was worked on by more than a dozen techs and was off the road for more than 6 months total. Not a single certified tech could fix the problem. My last resort before trading in the truck was to pay to have it repaired outside RAM dealerships. Champs had my truck a total of 6 days. From road test, to fixing the intermediate steering column. It was back on the road. It's been a month now and the rattling hasn't come back so I'll call it a great success. I was even able to get refunded from RAM on the repair prices given their dealerships ineptitude. Jeff and his tech got it done, and now I can keep and enjoy the truck. Thanks guys

Had power steering leak. Champs took care of it in about half a day. Awesome job CHAMPS!! Shout out to Jeff who was my service advisor. I'd shout out to the mechanic too but didn't catch there name.

Being a do it, yourself automotive specialist for my own vehicles, I ran into some complicated issues with air leaks that were causing my 2006 Ford F250 to crank no start. After speaking with Jim at champs Family automotive in Goodyear, he took my notes and checked in my truck. after Extensive testing, locating the problem, and ended up installing dummy, plugs, and standpipes To get my high pressure back. I’m very satisfied with the detail And workmanship Champs Family auto mechanics took to repair my vehicle. Had an affordable cost. I’ll be back for Other repairs That’s outside of my DIY range And a special shout out to Jim, great customer service and communication throughout the repair.

Jeff answered the phone when I called. We discussed my problem and he said he would look at it right away. He then help me get a tow and followed up to make sure the tow arrived. He had my problem diagnosed right away and I picked up my truck first thing next morning. I really like these guys and will be going back.

Black Tax - Is when the MAN charges black people more for services than normal. They feel that all of us are on welfare, drug dealing or stealing for decent people so to recoup their money, they charge extra for simple services.

Finally found a great mechanic in Phoenix area! Champs off of Van Buren in Goodyear (southeast PHX) was quick and efficient. I broke the caliber/bushings of the sway bar and needed it fixed. I called them and got their cell number. We swapped a few pictures, video and vin info before I drove out of the way to them. They have indoor and outdoor overhead bays that can fit near anything and there was no hesitation on my huge truck. They did a quick look over when I arrived then set an appointment a few days out to ensure they could get the parts. There was a slight delay on parts so they called the day before my appointment and rescheduled for later of the appointment day.
Great customer service. Quick, knowledgeable and no nonsense.
Their hourly rate is $175. Definitely will use again!

Champs was able to get my RV in for an oil change and minor repair quickly. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Tim and Art were great. The labor price was a little high, but worth it. They provided explanations, pics and a video of a warranty issue to make things very easy for me. True Champs.
