My experience at the Goodyear Ulta has been consistently awesome, especially my brow bar appointments with Monica! I’ve been going to Monica for over a year, and every visit has been exceptional. The cleanliness and sanitation of the area are always impressive, which immediately puts me at ease.
Monica has a knack for making her clients feel comfortable and beautiful. Her expertise and attention to detail are evident in every session. She consistently delivers fantastic results, and I always leave feeling more confident and satisfied with my brows.
I highly recommend everyone make an appointment with Monica to enjoy the same wonderful experience I have had.

I am not the type to write reviews, however I felt the need to share my amazing experience with Monica, the brow expert. It has been over a year I had walked in as a walk in to do my brows & Monica was kind enough to see me, & I was so amazed at the work she did with my brows that I have not went to any other brow expert since that day! Every time I visit monica I always get treated so professionally & receive quality service. its always a fun time with her out going personality & your appointment flies by! Definitely recommend Monica to anyone looking for a new brow expert!

It was my first time going to benefit browbar and I had the best experience with Monica! I let my brows grow out for a few weeks and she shaped them exactly how I asked! I highly recommend her!

I schlepped all the way from Scottsdale to see Selene for my hair. She does a phenomenal job & is so personable & nice. I really like her. She does such a good job. She's great at listening to what I, the client wants, but has great suggestions. The store itself is a smaller space. Not a huge selection of items but I think covers enough of the basics that if this were my primary store, I wouldn't be offended but I would know I would still have to order items online

I called the salon today to make an appointment for a haircut for my 15 year old son. I was happy they were able to do it this afternoon at 2pm. We arrived at approximately 1:45pm and learned no one was available to do a clipper cut. The associate asked if I made the appointment online and I said, no I called and spoke in person to an associate. His response was since I am a woman they probably assumed it was for a woman hence why they did not ask any clarifying questions. I explained that I made the appointment under his male name and also specified during the appointment call that it was for my 15 year old son. The associate response, oh yeah it was under his name... This was my first time to use their salon, won't be back. Waste of my time and gas. If no clarifying questions are asked when setting the appointment I would be very leary about being on the same page during a hair service appointment.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Erica is THEE Brow Queen there. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now. The first time I went, I was scared because I had bad experiences at other salons/brow places. I put my trust in her and she’s the only one who touches my brows now.
Erica is also very knowledgeable on the products that I have changed up my skincare routine because of her recommendations and my skin has been feeling and looking better.
