BEST Walgreens Pharmacy! The pharmacists are beyond exceptional \u0026 always go out of their way to provide all information on my prescriptions and have all my questions answered. I have a such a hectic work schedule \u0026 frequently have to fly out of state last minute, but the pharmacists are always accommodating with making sure I get my prescriptions even if it’s a day early. Thank you Walgreens!

Service at the pharmacy is so slow and incompetent. They take forever to get a prescription ready, then they just don't bother with it if your insurance doesn't cover it.They're constantly out of every medication known to mankind so if it's urgent and you need it. Go somewhere else. You'll die before they actually get it in stock. I needed life saving blood pressure medication after giving birth because I almost had a stroke multiple times which hospitalized me and I called ahead to make sure they had it and they said yes. Then when I got there they suddenly had to order more and it would take at least a week.... I think they're just lazy in all honesty.

Consistently not friendly or nice AT ALL. Regardless of who you meet from the techs to the actual pharmacist, there is a lack of care or any sense of positive customer service.

Yeah, idk why people are complaining about the pharmacy! But they are really good people, if you are patient & work w/ healthcare workers, because it's not easy!! They accommodate your needs. The store employees are always welcoming and always willing to help! I love this store and always feel safe and enjoy their conversations and company! Best Walgreens I have been at so far!

Never a good experience. More than once i received texts saying prescription is ready, I arrive, and it is not ready. Employees are completely incompetent and have had to wait 5 days for medication because an employee said he'd work with another store to transfer my script and dropped the ball. DON'T EVER try to transfer. Pharmacy employees are no help and seem annoyed that they have to do a job. I would never pay a person to work slowly and acting annoyed. Moving my business elsewhere.

Theres a handful who really try. Usually every other month theres a screw up, lately weve been on a good streak.Recently a fill in was here and so extremely rude. She was giving me incorrect info, i asked for pharmacist and the tech told me she was in a meeting. I asked for store manager and she said they were not there. No name tag. So extremely rude. Didnt represent what walgreens represents. Without a name along with me not remembering the exact date corporate said there wasnt much they could do.Really wish i could remember the female pharmacist thats good. Shes been the one who actually listens to me and caught their errors.

The pharmacy is very slow. I received texts that my meds were ready and I still sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. No matter the time of day you will wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru even if you are the only car there. The staff makes answering a phone and shoving pre manufactured scripts in a bag look hard. I have received someone else's medication on two occasions despite them confirming address just for it not to match anyway. Walgreens what is going on at this location??? Automation with a machine would be gladly accepted over this poor and dangerous experience.

They need more help. The staff is nice enough but short staffed. I waited 30 minutes in Drive through yet again today. Be prepared to wait a very long time in Drive Through or inside. They also help people out of order. I think three years is enough time to have given them a chance and they failed. I am transferring my Prescriptions to CVS or Costco.

Went to this location to get a vaccination. Since there isn't a clinic here and the vaccine is administered by the pharmacist, our insurance wouldn't cover it. I understand that the issue insurance, butI think Walgreens should indicate that it might not be covered by insurance at locations without clinics. The staff couldn't answer questions about transferring our info to a clinic and we were in a hurry. Just paid for it. Word to the wise: don't make an appt for a vaccine at a location that does not have a clinic.

The store is ok but the Pharmacy is horrible!! Always running behind on refills. And don't go thru the Drive thru or what THEY call a Drive thru. BE prepared to sit and wait. And most of the Pharmacy staff, needs a lesson on being friendly. There is an older p.t. Pharmacist, male, German I believe with the accent that is very unfriendly. Doesn't care if he has your business or not. Always seems stressed. Even if your prescription has been for a few hours still expect to wait. The store management does not support and back up the Pharmacy as the should. The pharmacy is 80% always understaffed. I'm about to change my Pharmacy. The lack of friendly Customer Service is the #1 issue. Put a smile on that face.

Always seems to be short staffed and a lack of caring or urgency to get the customer in and out. Forget a fast drive thru. I spent 23 min in line. The Customer a head of me should have been asked to come inside. There always has been a lack of friendliness behind the counter for the most part. Should have definitely had more pharmacy techs. on duty. They are overworked. Not a great Pharmacy. Managment, in very unfriendly too.

Doctor put in a prescription for my sons inhaler at 3 pm. Never received a call from the pharmacist or staff . Tried calling several times no answer drove up there for them not to have it filled they proceeded to say needed my sons actual prescription card which all the information from his insurance was sent by my doctor! THEN they say the medication isn't covered and their will be a delay in receiving the medication! Are you serious! Maybe if you had done your job and called me earlier when the request came in you would have been able to contact me, my doctor and my sons insurance in a timely manner! MAYBE if you answered your phone! Beyond upset at this point! Then they said they can only fill one inhaler so now my son doesn't have one for school! NEGATIVE STAR RATING!
