Staff were professional, polite and respectful. The only problem was the computer system was troublesome. At one point the computer froze and needed to be rebooted.

They apply services without asking you, they do not explain the charges they make or the products they give you or anything at all. Of the approximately $280 we had to pay, we paid $843. BE CAREFUL

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Alex that works at this location. He took his time to listen to my problem and actually helped me with out making me feel like I was only a sale.. he was able to help me fix my issues and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Thank you again Alex! You turned my day around.

The first Verizon store I walked into and wasn’t greeted but shouted at from across the store someone will be with you in a moment meanwhile two workers sitting at computers literally doing nothing after 10 minutes I left to another store to get real Verizon customer service

Worst customer service ever at this location! Walked in to turn in a phone for my upgrade and was told by Kevin who was lazy af and just sat there, that I have to return to the location I opened my plan with! Not true as I’ve talked to CS since. Asked for a Mgr and was told we don’t have one here… I was about to port the 3 other lines I have at ATT on my account there but forget it! You’re losing a customer today!

Went in looking to possibly get an iPhone. Realized that it would be a horrible idea to change to the more expensive plan just so that I could get an iPhone. When I told them no, the Hispanic lady that was “helping” me out said that since she had already transferred my number to my “new iPhone” the only thing left to do was to pay 100 bucks and not take the phone so that I would only pay for the activation of my new postpaid line lol. To add insult to injury she first told me that I had to pay 320 bucks for “taxes” and “activation fees”. However before she said that the total would be 320 bucks, I asked her several times what the activation fee would be and she just kept saying that she would give me a quote in a moment, which of course she never did until my old phone number was no longer in the current sim card that I have. She said that she would also “give” me a bundle with a case, screen protector, and a charging port. To this I said nice, but apparently that wasn’t “given” to me, she was charging me for all of that, which made my “taxes and activation fee” that SHE said I was only going to be paying for go so high up. At this point I still didn’t know that I was being charged for that bundle that she said she was giving me, her only response when I asked her why 320 bucks was to say that “everywhere you go in the US you’ll have to pay taxes”. No kidding lady of course you pay taxes on absolutely everything you buy! So after asking her a few more times why my taxes would be so high, she finally said that the bundle that she was so kindly “giving” me had a price of over 35 bucks for each item. After realizing that all she wanted to do was screw me over so that she would get commission or something I told her that I needed time to think about it. This was when she said that she had already transferred my data to the new phone that I hadn’t even payed for, so there wasn’t anything else to do but to pay almost a hundred bucks for something that I don't even remember. When I told her to just cancel my Verizon account and that I would just go to another service provider, she told me that she would check with her manager to see if there was something he could do. The manager quickly fixed this issue and I was able to leave with my current number, but with a terrible experience thanks to this lady whose name I don’t even remember because she wasn’t wearing her name tag for more than half of our interaction, all I can say is that she was short, black hair and Hispanic. However I do have to say that the manager was efficient and seemed to actually care about the customers as well as the situation. I don’t know if I just had a bad salesperson or if Verizon’s whole business is to not give out all of the information until is time to actually pay. I will not be going back to that store again, and I will be canceling my Verizon account as soon as I can!

Please save yourself the hassle and go to a corporate store instead. It’s ridiculous all the fees they charge you here compared to corporate. I’ve been with Verizon for almost 7 years and never had a problem until now. I went to get my sister a new phone.. we basically paid $200, I returned the phone and I walked out with only $42 back. They charged us $65 a set up and go, we didn’t even have her phone “set up” because the associate couldn’t activate the phone I had to call Verizon myself. Then if you decide to return the phone it has to be with the phone that sold you phone no one else. The guy from yesterday was extremely rude too. Last time I’ll be doing to a “victra”
