Always running about an hour behind for MRIs. Xrays are a nightmare. Upto 3 hour wait and you can't make appointments.Staff is very nice and polite just mismanaged at the top.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They bill you in full at the time of the appointment even if you have insurance coverage, then make you chase down your own refund check. It has been over 5 months and I still haven't received my check.

Rude front office staff make you wait forever to check in I was the only one in line had to wait 7min while staff member typed away. No good morning , no politeness.

This place was ridiculous! Completely understaffed. My appt. Was at 1:00 I still hadn’t been seen till 3:00 for mammo and 4:00 for ultrasound. The staff were nice and professional but apparently they overbook appts. I got out of there at 5:00! 4 hrs. Of waiting is unacceptable.

Staff was great. Problem is the last 2 times I was there they didn't have a MRI tech available even though I was scheduled. I had to wait for them to call someone in.The time before that their Xray unit was down and I to go back again.Not happy with the service.No problems with the staff.

Easy to schedule appt at a time that works for me. No wait time. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Excellent service

Poor customer service. Appointment and still long wait. Appointment I had for an hour earlier for both appointments. It's very frustrating. People in the lobby all playing loud phone "stuff". Rude. Just a poor experience. Phones calls prior were difficult to understand and poor communications.
