This place is horrible to schedule with. Every time it is the same thing. I get done one on the phone whose accent is so thick you can’t understand the questions they are asking. Then after you spend an hour trying to get scheduled, you get a call saying they my insurance either can’t be contacted or hasn’t given authorization So I call insurance and get the authorization number and call back and still have to reschedule. The technician's that do testing are all pretty good and nice. But it is a huge hassle to deal with the office people

The employees were amazing ... But I scheduled on a Tuesday for a Thursday appointment after scheduling the company text and emails over the next four days yes after my appointment to remind me of the appointment two to three text and emails daily then a phone call on Friday to schedule my appointment which was completed the day before I think that's a bit much

The technician was polite and very quick with taking my x-rays. He respected my privacy with having to remove some of my clothing for the x-rays.

Fountains & Creekside ARE absolutely the BEST locations to go to! Small & intimate, more personal-DEFINITELY "NOT" the craziness of the larger locations, where I've been treated a little substandard by a couple male employees.I do prefer Simon Med over other companies of the same type.

I brought Melvin Beaver in Monday 2/5/24 our wait time wasn't horrible he was there for an MRI when he was called back the tech didn't have him put on a gown even though he had jeans and a belt on he told him all he had to do was empty his pocket what about the metal on the jeans and belt because of it he had to go through it twice I had tried to schedule a CT scan but was told both times I asked we will when he is done he was so dizzy and was having trouble walking that never happened

The technician who performed the CT scan was rude. Treated me like a second class citizen.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at SimonMed that I feel compelled to share, in hopes of providing constructive feedback and informing potential future patients. We had two MRIs with contrast scheduled for my son’s shoulders, as per our doctor’s instructions, set to be conducted back-to-back. Despite having these appointments booked for three weeks, I received no confirmation via text, email or phone and had to initiate a call to reconfirm. To add to the uncertainty, I was only informed about the financial prerequisites on the morning of the appointment.Upon arrival, our interaction with the front desk attendant, Rayanna Vengas, was discouraging. Her approach was notably dismissive, prioritizing her computer screen over our queries, and communicated in a manner that felt unnecessarily curt. Our scheduled appointments were further complicated by a lack of communication and organization. After a 45-minute wait without any engagement, we were abruptly informed that one of the appointments would be canceled due to a policy preference of the on-duty radiologist, contradicting prior approvals from our doctors. This was particularly frustrating as the necessity of completing both MRIs promptly was communicated and understood at the time of scheduling. The radiologist was equally as dismissive stating that we could either do one shoulder or go somewhere else. The situation escalated when, after agreeing to proceed with one MRI, we were informed of a malfunctioning machine, necessitating an inconvenient and unplanned relocation to another facility for part of the procedure. This pattern of mismanagement and poor communication persisted, as we encountered similar logistical issues with the subsequent appointment being improperly scheduled at a facility unable to perform the required contrast procedure. This series of events not only caused significant inconvenience and stress but also undermined our confidence in the clinic’s operational efficiency and patient care standards. It is disheartening to encounter such challenges, especially when dealing with health concerns that naturally bring their own stress especially for a teenage patient. While I understand that every organization can have an off day and that individuals may not always reflect the values of the whole, this experience has regrettably led me to decide against utilizing SimonMed’s services in the future. I share this experience in the hope that it may prompt a review and improvement of the clinic’s patient communication and service protocols, to prevent similar situations for others.Danna C (Mother of patient)
