I was shopping for earbuds minding my own business. Standing in line waiting for a cashier. When I see 3 lady cops at the door. I am thinking to myself wow they must have caught someone lifting. So I pat for the merchandise and start walking towards the exit. When the 3 lady cops approach me. Said I was trespassing. That management had me onvideo shoplifting numbers of times. I was puzzled. Because it was my first time shopping at that location I asked the lady cops to show me the video. Because that's not me. It felt like profiling from the store and cops. Once they seen the video
. They let me go
I am never shopping at ross again.

I went in to look for a cocktail dress for an event. They had no special formal wear. The normal dress selection was scarce. They were not well stocked and a lot of sections they used to have were missing. Decided to go to a different Ross that was better stocked.

If you hit the store at the right time you can find some great items! Carmen was super helpful after I found these great chairs. It was quite an ordeal trying to get them in my car because I had a big dog crate in the back area. Carmen took her time helping me get them in . I was super grateful . Such great customer service! I really love my new chairs ?

Cathi the wonderful lady working back by the fitting room is amazing, she is a gem she has a great attitude and excellent customer service skills, she anticipated my need before I even needed to ask. I can tell she's a hard worker by how she was keeping busy organizing the merchandise and keeping the inventory orderly. I truly appreciate her kindness and amazing customer service. Keep up the great work that you do, small kind acts go a long way???
