The regular workers there are awesome! Hands-down, the best QT around I appreciate the fast service with also having a very personable experience with the workers. I just hope they know how much of a difference they make. The ones in training and the floaters definitely could go Somewhere else because they really messed up the flow of what the neighborhood is used to.

Pizza is fabulous, cashiers are always nice, and has a wide variety of drinks to choose from.

Always clean the customer service is good no nasty smells QT is the best convience store in the Phoenix area for sure.

Store was squeaky clean, the lads working there were efficiently checking people out, as well as scoping out the place to make it the place to be. Not to mention the freshly made pizza and mac and cheese were delectableeeee! QT is THE gas station for America.

The gas here is .40 a gallon more than gas at Arrohead mall area a few short miles away.

This store has really gone downhill, the fountain sodas are frequently out but so are the straws and bags and other products. The last time I was here there was a straight up homeless encampment with around 15 homeless people hanging around the entrance and some living in their cars doing drugs. The place is clean and the staff are friendly enough so I won't give 1 star.

Two cashiers looked at me standing at the counter proceeded to have a conversation One of the cashiers left The other one came around and tried to take the line of seven or more people that were behind me. More people got in line and she finally called for somebody else to come back and help her. Not the typical QT experience.

BE AWARE OF YOUR RECEIPT. They will charge you extra without informing you. I saw there was an extra charge so I went back and asked what was for. The elderly lady who works there jumped out and accused my husband of eating their food without any evidence, she said she saw that with her own eyes. When I asked for video footage, they just refunded me and did not even give me a proper apology.

I regularly visited this store to get tea but lately the tea has been awful and I now go to another QT and the tea there is so much better.

nice most of the time. soda fountains are down often. whoever makes coffee in the morning needs training, coffee should be black not the piss yellow I see most mornings.Update: their pre made tacos are frequently mislabeled.
