I came in last week for a pedicure and fill mind you i had already waited for more then 30 min and then they started my pedicure after they finished they had me take a seat and waited another 1hr 30 min more for them to do nothing so I left. I came in today @9:30 which is when they open to get my fill mind you only two people waiting more people show up after me and were taken care of before me according to the owner no appointments are allowed mind you after more then 1hr waiting another person comes in and gets seated i ask why they say she has an appointment i was shocked because I would always call and they would state walk ins only so how is it that they favor people or some sort o favoritism going on in this place I do not recommend this place the only person worth working with their is Annie. How do they open on SATURDAY with only two manicurist’s

This was my first experience here. First impressions- it’s a beautiful salon and very clean. The people were welcoming and friendly. I got full set acrylic nails and my mom got a pedicure. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my nail technician executed it perfectly. They are beautiful. My mom’s experience was wonderful as well. My mom finished about 5 min before I did and went to pay with the gift card my husband purchased us for Mother’s Day. The only issue we had was when trying to pay they told her there was only $35 on her gift card when there was $100. I’m thankful I brought the receipt as proof that we both had $100 on our cards and that we had never been there before. They figured it out rather quickly and it was indeed an error on their part. They were extremely polite and apologetic. Overall, it was a great experience and we will both definitely be back! I added my reference picture and what I received. Pictures don’t do justice as to how pretty my nails actually look in person.

Lady that did me and my nieces nails was rude. Wouldn’t allow us to talk because we were “moving” didn’t do cuticle cleaning, was super rough with our nails and rushed through the service. It was supposed to be French tip but they’re curved and aren’t even. I felt as if she was trying to hurry up and do our nails but did a poor job with them. Will not be coming back and I hope their services improve for their other guests.

Extremely dirty. Nail tools are not cleaned in between clients. My pedicure was okay, but my manicure was terrible. Nail tech literally cut me on 3 fingers and I was bleeding on 2. Filed my nails so much that I started bleeding from the center of my nail.

Discriminatory hiring practices. They stated they only hire Vietnamese people, and refused to discuss open positions they had posted.
