I had a great experience with Sam and Andy. Sam responded to me quickly over the weekend and from there I made an order after a good explanation about my options and I had the turf delivered with 2 hours of my purchase. Andy and Festival Turf was amazing! We had gotten 5 different quotes and samples before finally pulling the trigger on getting our lawn done. Not only did we love his turf feel and quality the most but he also beat everyone else's prices and he went above and beyond what anyone else said they'd do for us! Been a dream of ours to get artificial turf for 10yrs... and it's officially finally come true!

Andy & Sam were awesome! I found them on Facebook Marketplace and was expecting the very affordable price they were advertising to be a gimmick. But to my surprise they were/are the real deal! I stopped by their store with many questions, mostly about DIY and they were so honest and helpful. After two trips to the store and a few phone conversations I finally took the plunge and ordered the Royal 70. It is absolutely beautiful! The crew worked on my back yard for eight hours! And they even cleaned up my whole backyard afterwards! These guys are amazing and really go way beyond to help you get what you want! Thank you Festival Turf!!

This company is amazing. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have been in customer service for 30 years and I have never experienced such kindness and professionalism. In particular, Fabian, Andy, and Sam are exceptional. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. I would recommend Festival Turf to everyone.

My wife and I went to festival turf and met with Shawn. He answered all of our questions and showed us a variety of turfs. We found the turf we wanted (Mystic Fescue) and we were able to take a sample home with us. The price was good and the turf we picked up was perfect. Andy loaded it in our truck and was very helpful. We installed the turf the following weekend and it looks great. Highly recommend Festival Turf.

If you are looking for turf in the valley, these guys are outstanding to deal with. Sam and Fabian were very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me select the right turf at a cost that was much less than expected for high quality turf. I wish all companies that I dealt with were run like this one! Festival turf provided great turf, as well as great materials. On top of this they helped with install and provided the material. My backyard looks so nice and tired together. The whole crew worked hard and did an amazing job in their recommendation. They were amazing overall, would definitely recommend to others!
