I wasn't able to get my chest X-ray on Friday because of the Microsoft problem. I got to the office and there was a note on the door with an explanation. I walked in yesterday and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I got the results the same day as my chest X-ray. Because I had trouble breathing, the young lady at the front desk and the young lady who took the X-ray were both very kind and patient.

Everyone there was very nice on the phone everyone was nice as well explaining the procedure to me. The staff nurse and everyone was very friendly kind helpful. The young man that did the imaging was very friendly, helpful and gentle. My legs fell asleep and he help me get up gently. Told me to wait until I was ready to walk.

I was told I would have a 45-minute wait as a walk-in to get an X-ray. I was taken back in less than 10 minutes and was on my way about 15 minutes after arriving! Professional and courteous staff and I received a text with my results that same evening! Thank you!

Staff was great, appt time was honored and we were in and out in 15 minutes for X-rays. But here we are days later and the radiologist still hasn’t read the films nor provided any results. This is unacceptable, at best. PCP said he would follow up today but this is not good enough and shouldn’t happen.

I went to Banner Imaging as a walk-in for an x-ray. All the staff from the front desk to the radiology techs that did my x-ray were friendly, professional and efficient. The office was bright and clean as well! I was there approximately 25mins. Total! Highly recommended!

Both Larissa and Tracy explained everything I would experience during my hip scope & steroid shot. They were welcoming and very professional putting me at ease for my procedure. I love those "East Coast Transplants!" ?
