I stopped by Oak Arizona Furniture last week and am so glad I did. Their furniture is heads and tails above their competitors from the materials used to the way it is constructed and everything in between. I was very impressed however I was equally impressed with Valerie, the sales lady. She had an answer to every question I asked and was very knowledgeable and pleasant, not pushy like some I've encountered. They're more expensive but well worth the price if you want a solid piece of furniture that's in it for the long haul.

Lost a sale. Came in to purchase two big ticket items but it was quickly apparent why the store had no one in there. A bigger woman with short dark hair came towards us, not to help, but to tell us not to leave kids alone to ruin the furniture. First of all, I asked my two teens to sit down at the front of store purposely while I made my purchases. They were well behaved and sitting with my husband. We walked right out after her rude comment.

After seeing an ad, I checked this company out on line and saw they had the type of desk I was looking for at a reasonable price. I visited the Glendale store yesterday and told Valerie what I was looking for. One desk especially caught my eye for configuration and finish. Valerie did not hesitate to point out that that particular piece was a floor model on sale for half price! Needless to say I jumped all over that and ended up with an Alder wood desk that is beautiful, functional, and well made. I am so impressed by the quality and the great customer service that I wish I needed more furniture!

Off putting. Sales person was all over me until I said I only wanted something in stock vs custom order. Was told they didn't have what I was looking for. Actually they did, in the back room. Just very overpriced.
