You charge hidden fees that aren't explained or forthcoming when signing the agreement. When I called customer service to understand these fees they couldn't explain them to me and just sent me to the store who were even less helpful. Terrible company to finance with.

They charge WAY more then you owe and harass you! I paid on time and was charged DOUBLE what the payments we're supposed to be. Cheap furniture your charged triple what it's worth! They have no clue what their doing it's very shady.

"DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS" The first time purchasing a couch through Ashley's furniture and ended up with Acceptance Now. Horrible, overall. I will not recommend to any one, nor will I go back. After the 3 months were up, my couch that was for $1,000, I will end up paying $3,000. Because I care for my credit, that is why I am hanging on. Today I was charged twice and when I called they said they only seen 1 charge on their end, the solution was call your bank and dispute it. I also did not know that they charge you a "member fee" of $14.11 and since I did not use it, they said the money was non refundable. I have 6 more payments left. I am angry at this business.

This company is awesome!!!!! I have been struggling to rebuild my credit paying things off and nothing has changed. I got an account here and as soon as I got it I lost my job :( I called them and told them and they remembered I had just moved into my house and were concerned I would have trouble with my house payment? I mean not one mention of "well I guess we can pick it up" or "it will go to collections". No, not these wonderful people who were so nice my family and I cried. They said "Brad, when can you pay it? You will get through this. You will get a job. How long do you need with your current bills for you to settle?" I told them 60 days. They moved it for me and said don't worry. We got you. "When you purchase with us and Bob's Discount Furniture; you're Family." I could never and I mean never recommend anyone else. I self reported this credit line through Experian and have been card offers and accepting them. If you need furniture and you are worried about credit. Acceptance now won't judge you and will go out of their way to help you. Thank you acceptance now.

Do not buy if you can't pay off within the 90 days! I been making my payment but the price doesn't go down they screwed me big time what a lame company do not buy I warned you. You will get screwed trust me it's not worth it

dont ever rent from these people , yes i am one of those people for the first year payed ahead of time always paid too much but this last few months ive had issues with money so i always pay but in increments of what i can do but keep up with them amd payments, they are not willing to work with their customers for nothing they dont care dont ask for compassion they dont care if you don't have it they say screw you and what you're going thru and give us our money !!
