On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind

It's amazing how many different times you visit and there's at least 50 to 150 things you've never seen there before. And the actual number if you went through the whole store would probably be 300 to 500

Found several things today that I was very pleased with. It's always nice when you leave there with that rush and satisfaction knowing you just paid at least half of what you would anywhere else.

I'll start off by saying that like most Ross locations, the shopping environment here is unpleasant. The store is dingy, tends to be messy, and looks and feels hectic. And typical of off-price department stores, the selections can be hit or miss depending on when you go. However, no pun intended, I believe that's all a fairly small price to pay for what you get in return when you shop at Ross:
- A true treasure hunt experience with many treasures to be found. For us males, Ross has a slightly better selection of men's clothing items than TJ Maxx or Marshalls do.
- Great bargain prices on everything; I can buy an entire outfit at Ross for the price of just one item of clothing from a regular department store.
- Very diverse range of merchandise. I can find everything from staple items like t-shirts and socks to things like wind chimes and cookies from Italy.
- The service has always been friendly and efficient in my experience.
So, there you have it. Once you get past the challenging store atmosphere, Ross is one of the best options out there for anyone who has champagne taste but a beer budget.

Over all my experience was ok today. I found alot of new items that I wasn't expecting to take. I only came in for 1 thing and next thing I started grabbing stuff left and right. At the end of my purchase I made my way to the check out and I think they need to have their cashiers retrained on how to make customers feel welcomed. All I was given a hand signal, no "how are you" "did you find everything ok". It just made the check out awkward. Not a "thank you have a great day". I'm a big Ross shopper but they really need to train these guys on customer experience making people feel welcomed. The only person that made me feel welcomed was the Loss prevention guy. ((High five))

Idk I just don't like Ross anymore. They never have much of anything these days....years. Cologne/perfume case is usually bare minimum. I usually walk out with nothing

They have a small section of home goods but enough to get in and out quickly. Found some cookware for a great price and was even able to use their self checkout which was new to me there as I usually have to go through the line with a cashier. No crowd in the middle of the day like TJMaxx and HomeGoods.
