Cutting edge in exercise and relaxation equipment. The massage chair is one of those full body massage chairs that you slip your arm in and it massages you from your shoulders to your butt and more. It's do nice.

From the first moment I stepped foot into the Gilbert Planet Fitness at Gateway, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional! It has not changed over several months now and I love the facility! It is well maintained and always very clean everywhere! This gym has it all without any judgment from fellow members!

The machines are reliable and great lay out with a variety of machines. I don't see any staff encouraging wipe downs. Today, there was a trainer working with a client and brought them back to the express work out area. They monopolized 3 machines, interrupting the purple trying to do the workout and then did not have the client wipe down the machines. I tried to talk with the front staff but all the guy dog was shrug his shoulders and mumble. Disappointed with the lack of oversight.

Gilbert Planet Fitness is a solid gym with a lot to offer, but it is a bit on the small side. The equipment is well-maintained, and the facility is always clean, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place to work out. However, the size of the gym can make it feel a little crowded at peak times, and sometimes you have to wait for certain machines. Overall, it’s a good place to get a workout in, but a bit more space would make it even better.

I get a great workout at Planet Fitness, I usually don't have to change my routine because equipment is being used, there are always other options. Also, friendly people, I have made several new friends.
