My daughter and I went to Lane Bryant last weekend to shop for school clothes. As a man I feel very uncomfortable shopping for girls clothes. All the associates in the store were great. But one employee really stood out. Her name is Teri. She understood my situation and completely took over. She did everything with my daughter so all I had to do was sit there until they were done. I will definitely go back to that store. Thank you so very much Teri, because with out you I would have been lost.

I have been buying the same bras here for YEARS. I have been personally helped by employees at different Lane Bryant stores with the bra fit before and have been wearing the same bra size forever. I went in to exchange some bras and Katie helped me. Using her magic powers she sized me up while I was fully clothed and encouraged me to try a different size. I humored her but never thought this bra would fit as I always wore a much smaller cup size. After trying on the bra, I was so mind blown at how well it fit. I have never been more comfortable in a bra. This wonderful human was able to literally change my life by changing my bra size. If you’re a woman, you know how great the right bra fit is. Kudos to Katie. You are amazing and I am very grateful. Excellent store, excellent products as always.

I came here to see what professional dress clothes they have and they have a lot. The Outlet location sent me to them and I was amazed at how much beautiful new styles and dresses and blazers they have. Also Amy and Crystal was very nice and helping me to find what I was looking for and even helped me order some stuff on line they didn’t have in store in my size.

I've lost some weight and I wasn't sure what size bra I wore anymore. Teri was extremely helpful, measuring me and making suggestions of styles. She was spot on. They're the best fitting bras I've had in a long time. Thanks Teri.

I went in looking for new bras, I'm very large up top and it's hard to find bras that fit me. Teri was awesome, she took her time with me measuring me and finding me the perfect fit. She spent almost an hour with me. She worked really hard for me, you don't see that in retail anymore. She is the example of great customer service. She is a real asset to this company. She found me the perfect bras. Thank you Teri !

The service that I ultimately received was excellent but I spent far too long trying to get the right bra fit thanks to the first salesperson who apparently wasn't exactly astute at measuring. She eventually handed me over to someone else who got me to something that absolutely works. The store is clean and all the employees, including the manager, were super friendly. There's a good selection of merchandise here and some good sales depending on when you come.

No restroom in store. You have to walk 1/8th of a mile in the heat to get to a restroom which is also hot and gross. Not at all reasonable for disabled folks. They don't keep alot of options in store for swim wear, and most other clothing. Who wants to wait a week to go swimming in 111 degree heat?! Prices are nuts for the quality. Some of the employees are kinda rude, as well. Overall poor experience.
