Clean gym, equipment , change rooms, pool area.Great front desk staff ! A young guy on Wednesday and Thursday early evening were very custom orientated. Fri Jan 5 at 3 pm the customer service guy welcomed me in and noticed to say happy birthday. That little moment was a huge deal ! Thank youLove the uniqueness of the open air workout space-Wished the fans were quieter when yoga was going on, so to better hear the instructor-Gym machine layout felt a bit cramped but understandable that's a hard balance to ensure there's all the equipment the users want.Overall would suggest ! $20 for a 24 hr drop in.Bonus over mountain side is for sure the hot tub

One of the worst gyms one could ever join. I was told to make a 60 cent deposit and could decide in 48 hours if I want to continue membership or not. I called them the next day to tell I have decided to go with another gym. I just realized they are charging me for the last 3 months. Tried to cancel 2 more times with plenty of calls, they are still charging me. I had to let my credit card company know about the situation and had to dispute couple of charges. Now I got a collections notice for the same

Please beware when trying to cancel your account. I called and spoke with Jordan in Oct to cancel, she advised that ir would take 30 days (meaning they would take Nov payment) now they have it set to debit for Dec. I called to advise Mason and that I wanted to speak with management, of course every one is busy. But he was making "a note" for someone to call me back. I will go to the bank myself to cancel and to stop by the gym. So please beware!!!

For over the last year, the EOS location at Power and Germann has been double charging our account for my Son, who was a Minor child when these accounts were signed up for by an EOS employee. I recently realized all the charges on my account so I stopped into the location and spoke with the manager Miranda on Wednesday November 22, 2023. Miranda confirmed that yes she could see that my son was in fact being wrongfully charged for two accounts for over a year. Furthermore she told me that the first account he signed up for would stand at $10.14 monthly however the second account which was a black account for $20 and some change would be cancelled and the double charges would be refunded. She told me to watch my bank account for a credit and my email for a confirmation that the credit had gone through. As of this morning, November 28, 2023 neither of those things have happened so I called into the EOS location and spoke with a guy named Tuey. I explained my situation and asked to speak with the manager from last week. He told me that she was busy, however he could help. He stated that the District manager Roy had denied refunding my child's account and he also told me that Miranda didn't cancel either of the accounts last week while I was there. WHAT THE HECK :( He would only give me an email to reach Roy and told me that Roy would be calling me before 12 noon today. Well it's 12:46pm and my phone hasn't rung. Tuey also told me that he put in for a 30 day cancellation on my sons black account as of today (Not sure why I should pay for another 30 days after being double charged for over a year). To say that I am disappointed is an understatement but I will try to make others aware of the games that ROY is trying to play. I think I might have to check the legality around contracts with Minor children??

Love this gym! Clean environment, close to home, and friendly staff. Maddie and Kylee were the two that helped me in the beginning, and they both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

St. Rose location is very busy, but that's a good thing. As of late they've been doing a great job keeping the place consistently clean. The place is always hot though. Very humid.

I started going to this Eos because the previous Eos I used had a lot of broken equipment. When this facility was new,it was great. Now however, there are at least 4 pieces of floor equipment that have been out of service for more than 2 weeks. I talked to the front desk people and they did not know when the equipment will be back in service. They said there was 1 maintenance person for the entire area!

Buyer be ware - couldn't bring my 13yo son with me as a guest and I have guest pass, but... They say it is totally fine for them to pay to sign up as a 13yo...Also, no trial or day passes for them. Just give us your money if you want him to work out.

I canceled my contract and they still sent me to collections. They I get a message from them 2 years later saying they'll offer me a forgiveness program if I sign back up. Really scummy practices.

Started Training with Jeremy Bridges here about 6 months ago to increase strength and gain muscle mass. I went from 118 to 155 pounds! JB’s excellent coaching, attitude, knowledge, and experience has changed my life for the better. I couldn’t recommend training with JB more if you’re seriously interested in physical self improvement.

I have to concur with most of the other one star reviewers. The gym itself is nice and the folks working for EOS in the facility are friendly and helpful. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel and absolutely fraudulent with regard to automatically taking funds from your account. I had my son sign up for a six month personal trainer. The trainer he began with, who seemed very good, arbitrarily quit one day with no notice. After that time, the quality of service went from satisfactory to non-existent. We had to repeatedly call to set up new appointments. Those appointments were cancelled at the last minute multiple times. We never completed the number of sessions we initially purchased. Beyond these frustrations, I have written to the facility, called the facility and visited the facility personally to cancel my son's regular gym membership. Each time I was told the cancellation was completed and, with a 30 day notice required, will be billed one more time. Well, that was over 60 days ago and I was billed today AGAIN for the gym membership. We are now members at Mountainside. Their management has been much more professional and thorough. I highly recommend looking elsewhere before joining any EOS location.

This is the nicest Eos gym I've been to since I moved to the East Valley from out of state. The gym is clean and looks new. It smells good and despite times where there is quite a bit of foot traffic, it is well maintained. I even had the pleasure to meet the district manager overseeing that Eos and the operations manager of that Eos gym. Wonderful people! They truly want to make a difference in the health of their community. The staff here also know what they are doing and there is confidence in their work. I enjoy the group fitness classes here because the instructors are also phenomenal. Also, free samples of protein, BCAA drink, and some pre-workout always help those of us who are always moving. I look forward to returning to this Eos gym very soon :D

A big "thank you" to Carolina who assisted us on the phone with a discrepancy in our membership. She was very courteous and patient. She also clarified a couple of things regarding our membership. She sets the bar high for others to follow. Thanks EOS for continuing to greet members and wish them a great day. Makes us feel valued and welcome to keep returning to the gym.

Eos has always been my go-to Gym for years! I started going to this location in after my daughter was of age to be enrolled. I remember feeling really nervous leaving her in the kids club at such a young age but to my surprise she adapted very quickly and actually started asking me to go! We've been going consistently for the last 2 years and if it weren't for the amazing staff in the kids club, that wouldn't be possible. They have been so kind, respectful and caring to both my daughter and I. I feel 100% comfortable with her in their care. There doesnt seem to be a lot of turnover either. It makes it even more pleasant seeing the same friendly faces whether we go in the morning or in the evenings. The only complaint I have, is the reduced hours but I am glad they made some improvements with the reservation time slots. The other parts of the gym have always been great as well. Clean, well kept ect. I hardly see equipment under repair. They're usually on top of fixes real quickly..I noticed a leak near the booty builder machine the other night it rained and before I could report it, they were already on it to get it addressed.Trainers seem great although I never had one. I notice them with their clients and they actually look enthusiastic about their job and having a good time.I don't speak to the front desk employees much but they never miss a Hello/enjoy your workout/have a good night interaction, and that goes along way! Overall, this gym is amazing for the price. I feel great knowing I'm going to get good use out of my time spent here! ?
