I recently visited Discount Tires as my sensor light had come on. The employee suggested replacing the sensor without checking the tire, which later blew out due to an unknown nail. Luckily, this happened off the freeway.

I’m normally a very big fan of discount tire as they usually take good care of me. However, I went there to get two tires replaced on my truck and four tires replaced on my car. Prior, I also had them install tires on new rims. 3 separate installs, and 3 subpar experiences.
On my truck, they never installed tire pressure sensors on the rim install, or when I had the new 2 tire purchase. They also put my spare tire in my trunk instead of the spare tire slot. I didn’t even realize until I went to load up material in my truck. They also installed a chrome tire valve as they misplaced my black one on my car. Minor but still.

Assistant manger Mason assisted me with my Mercedes! I asked for a bottle of water he said sure I’ll get you one! After 5 min later asked again he said sure! Long story short he never did what a douch bag! Speaks highly of his character!

Today, 05/28/2024, we were able to get our Honda Odyssey in to our local Discount Tire and I am happy to report that Austin M K was able to provide us with the prompt, professional service that we are used to receiving from our local Discount Tire Shop. He and his team went above and beyond to remedy our concerns. Thank you, Austin M K, and Discount Tire for taking great care of us. We will be back for all of our family's tire needs. I went today to have my new tires installed on my car. My overall experience was excellent! I ordered the tires I wanted on line they were delivered the same day. I was contacted by the store to let me know my tires were in at the shop. I had my appointment the next day. I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes. Great job guys. Thank you for the speedy professional service!

Poor customer service. Agent said simple tire rotation would cost $40. Thought they did this free. Reported this on their survey and the manager got back to me but then didn't respond despite repeatedly asking for a reply. Tried to give them a chance to rectify but they seemed to ignore me. Will go elsewhere for services now.

You can never go wrong with discount tire. Brought my buddy here so he could get his tire fixed and dropped it off and they had it on the lift and under 30 minutes. What's an hour and a half gallon brand new tire and he was checked out. It's hard to beat the prices and the ability to order special order tires and have them here the next day.

I want to take this time to thank the Discount Tire staff and management for their prompt and efficient warranting of the previous work they performed to my Sonata today. Less than a week ago they replaced a tire that was covered under my road hazard insurance, but that tire could not hold the PSI levels. I returned the car and they put me in front of the waiting list and determined it was not the tire they replaced. It was my wheel which was damaged and not sealing on the tire completely. They showed me the problem and quickly repaired the wheel sealing the slow leak and they did not charge for the follow up service, all in less than an hour. In short, their customer service and skills were second to none. This is why I have been a loyal customer with DT for almost 15 years with my two vehicles.
