They always answer there phone and don't put you on hold for 20 minutes+++ and the pharmacist, Melanie, is always happy to explain medication use to patients. “Cayse is such a sweetheart. I have never seen customer service the way she does. She goes above and beyond. No hassle . I was able to get my medication with no problems. Usually I get a hassle because one of my prescriptions is a vitamin that’s not covered and usually I get told I can just buy it on the shelf. But not here. She filled it and I paid for it no problem it was nice to just. Get it from the pharmacy . She called me asked if it was ok and I was more than happy to pay for it I was just happy it was filled and not be told I can just get it off the shelf especially when I don’t know the amount I should be taking . So it was nice thank you cayse. Please never leave !.?”
“I have shopped here many years....I don't see the bad service that is listed below.My one HUGE complaint is that there can be long lines and then I can always look around in disgust as 3-4 vested employees with walkies standing around laughing or not caring about the wait the customers are having to endure.Edit 1/2/23: Horrible experience with online pickup. Received the TEXT that my order was ready, parked (along with many other vehicles in "those" spaces)... Waited 30 minutes, got increasingly upset, went inside to get my stuff... 1 poor girl working the whole thing. She told me I had to wait another 30 minutes for my rotisserie chicken? What? Management... FIX THIS.”
“Flagstaff Pharmacy is one of the best, if not the best, pharmacies we've ever been to. The staff is so kind and helpful! They really go above and beyond to get their patients the medications they need and they don't make you wait forever like every other pharmacy. And they don't look for the cheapest China made meds either. They truly care and that's why we love them! They will also find any special order meds you need which they do for me each month. It used to be a real pain trying to get my meds in when I needed them, but now I don't have to worry about it with this pharmacy. I absolutely recommend them.”

“Staff are always friendly and professional. My meds are ready quickly and they communicate with me and my doctors as needed. I've been to several other pharmacies in town and had issues. I've gone to Sam's Pharmacy for a few years now since they're the best!”
“It was a nice store. Just a little busy to be understaffed at the registers, I get it. Time and payout equals cost. Still needs to be one more open register. Other than that, I like the store. Clean, and WOW are they quick to ask if you need help. That's nice.”

“I switched from using a large chain pharmacy to Wadhams initially because one of my medications is a compound and they’re one of the only places in Flagstaff that does compounds. I couldn’t be happier with the service and care they put into their work. Very friendly and helpful. They have a great community feel and have gotten to know me as a patient and a person. I don’t just feel like another customer or a number with them.I highly recommend Wadhams if you’re looking for a quality, locally owned and operated family pharmacy with a more personal, yet professional health care experience.”

The pharmacy has worked hand in hand with me on my two Shringrix vaccinations, information on OTC products and every question I have had on my prescriptions. As CVS is aligned with my Rx insurance, I have been pleased for 2 years now. There is something that CVS can improve, though. I run a 50/50 chance with the employee working at the check-out in front of the store. One young man is easily uncaring and rude. One time, he indicated I should check out by machine, the jerk. He was doing nothing else. No other customers. I do not like check out machines. He was unutterably lazy. Used a feeble excuse to cover. A different young man who is at the front is the polar opposite---kind, respectful, eager to help, not in a hurry to get rid of me. I have reported both on the survey listed on my receipt.”
“My Rx insurance plan is presently not in the Walgreens's network but, because CVS did not carry the Rx my M.D. issued, I had to work with Route 66 Walgreens tonight.Since I had to have the medication, I picked it up a few hours ago. (My MD told me I might be able to find a coupon to reduce the expense. I couldn't.)When Malorie noticed my Rx would be out of pocket, she offered to find a coupon for me. And she did! The coupon she found reduced the cost from $107 to around $57.Malorie, bless your heart and, also, the pharmacist who explained the anti-fungal drug to me.Thanks, Walgreens and staff!”

“I’m honestly shocked at the low overall review score for this pharmacy; I feel this is the most efficient and capable corporate pharmacy in town.They have never once lost my prescription or failed to receive my prescription, always have my coupon codes from previous visit saved so I can use them repeatedly without having to look up the code at every visit (other pharmacies in town claimed to do this but failed every single time I needed it).Though most importantly, this pharmacy has never *once* been out of stock of any of my medications. This is very important for me because other local chain-pharmacies have all claimed to be out of stock for multiple meds yet Fry’s has literally always had everything I need in stock *and* fillable typically within 48 hours (except Sundays and holidays, in my experience)(and id better knock on wood right now…?)Lastly, if you use the pharmacy section of the Fry’s app it makes things go even quicker at the pharmacy window.My only complaint is that there is sometimes a long line, but the Fry’s line moves much quicker lines at any other chain pharmacy in town, and if you avoid going @ lunch M-F there’s never a big line anyway.”
