Costumer service is A+ 10 stars worthy. Came in for a battery replacement. Old battery was badly corroded. They helped me pick the right battery, dealt with the corrosion, and replaced it. Also let me know the corrosion ate into the red post terminal. They helped me get the correct part and replaced it for me. They saved me so much time and money and didn't have to go to a mechanic. Will absolutely be coming back to this location for ALL my car needs. Give shout out to the assistant manager Kevin for making this simple and stressfree.

Terrible customer service... couldn't look up info for my car... figured out what I needed on my phone and brought it to the counter and one associate walked away and the other chatted on the phone, I left the product on the counter and walked out

Excellent service. Not only do I get good assistance with ordering parts, the staff at this store go out of their way to help customers in a hands-on manner.
They come outside to customers cars, to diagnose problems and often install parts.
As well, they have a good list of mobile mechanics and auto repair shops to refer customers to.

I found everyone there to be so very helpful. I had my check engine light come on while on vacation and I was seconds away from panicking. They were very understanding and helped me realize the issue was not bad at all and quickly helped me fix it. I am so grateful they were so kind and quick to help! Thank you Kevin and atikus. I won’t forget your kindness and I hope to pay it forward. You guys are good!

Attikus went above and beyond. I have spent the majority of my life working in the automotive business. I am often put off by parts counter staff. On 10/7/2024 I stopped by in the evening to pick up engine oil fluorescent dye. While at the store, I locked my keys and phone in my car. Attikus went out of his way to help me find tools and assist me in getting back into my car. I spent an extra $25 or so in effort to pry my door open and depress the unlock switch. In 20-30 minutes of doing this I learned that Attikus is authentic in his excellent customer service and a great advocate for O'Reilly Auto Parts. I will be back to this specific O-Reilly's store to give my money to Attikus when I need to buy auto parts. Attikus is a stand out and rare bird for his age.

Had my battery replaced here yesterday. I was in and out with a new battery in my car in under 10 minutes. The woman that helped me was very efficient and friendly.

Evan and Adoniah VERY patiently helped me change a headlamp and explained that touching the bulb as you change it leaves oils, which makes them burn out. Thanks for teaching me!

Got what I needed for my Tesla... Haven't been to an auto parts store in a decade since my car is electric. No oil changes, brakes last for 500,000 miles, no belts or filters or hoses. All I need is washer fluid lol. Man, I don't know how people can afford gas cars these days, they're so expensive... I get 350 miles of driving for about $3 in home charging!

Went to exchange a battery that was still under warranty today. When I had the battery replaced about a year ago they gave me the wrong battery (not reverse style) and I had to go back to get the right one. The employee there gave me a different model number that didn't match what they had in the computer.Fast forward one year and that battery died on me, so I proceed to take it in. The store manager said that because their employee gave me a different model number they could not replace it under warranty that I paid for previously. I was shocked they would not take any responsibility for their mistake.Due to this lack of customer service I will no longer being shopping at O'reillys Auto any longer and I went to AutoZone to buy a new battery with a new 3 year warranty. Very disappointing!
