Montserrat and Kinverly are always well dressed and have very good hairstyles, presentable, very friendly, charismatic, and bilingual and they make me feel comfortable speaking Spanish. Very good service !!!

Young kids work in the store and are representing the company very poorly. They need to find different employees. There is no store manager. The people who work here speak Spanish to eachother so you don't know what they're talking about. They're rude and because of this my family and I switched services.

Wish i could give 0 stars. What terrible customer service ! Very little product in the store. Store freezing cold - no heat ! Needed new phone added to current plan, couldn't do it. Was going to buy a new phone & have information from old phone transferred to new one , didn't have phone I wanted in stock would have to be ordered & the price would be higher for it. And if I bought a new phone at Wal-Mart she still wouldn't be able to transfer info from old phone to new because they didn't have machine to do that.Really? She had little to no knowledge on anything or how to do anything.
Drove over an hr. to get a new phone added to my plan and walked away with nothing. Not happy, not impressed.

I am giving one start because there is no way to give a negative one. What a terrible customer service. This girl is a joke. The luck of respect, knowledge and professionalism are unbelievable. The first time we arrive, it was like a whole bunch of kids playing in the back, then a young lady came out on his socks when he called out. Then they couldn't help and ask us to come back the next day after we wanted to switch to Metro. We came back many times and spent many hours at the store trying to resolve a problem which at the end they couldn't resolve. We finally decided to forget about the problem and buy a new phone, which they promised one price but charged the credit card 150% more of what they said, and then they have the courage to say that she never promised that price. Sincerely, you young lady find another place to work or go to school. Please don"t go to this store, find another place or look for another company. This was the worst, not only in service, presentation but in treatment. We will file a legal complain against you.

The worse experience. Do not work with a girl named Kimberly. She doesn't know her work. She told us that we could have a phone for $99 even two different i-phones.
I asked her twice if it was the price and we decided to choose a Samsung. First, she forgot to charge us. We came back the next day to pay the $99 and she charged us $262 without even telling us. She told us that we couldn't have the promotion after telling the day before that we could. And she was lying. Shecrefused that we talk to the manager.I want to bring this case further because I found it really uncorrected. This girl should not work at this store.
