Well shit, should have read reviews before hand ... totally got hosed. 800$ in labor for 2 hour job MAX. Ignition and spark plugs was all that was done & they charged double the amount of the parts needed in labor + broke a coolant tank and had ME pay for it .. totally bummed out . Avoid this shop if possible . Sucks

Do not bring your vehicle here for service. Pricing is 50-100% over standard Mercedes shop pricing. I was quoted $630 for a standard service that Arrowhead Mercedes down in Phoenix did for $320. This dealership also lies and will tell you that you need services you do not. Service guy also had no idea about my vehicle and tried to pretend he did. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here.

Hands down the best dealer service centre in the US! Everyone is busy & short staffed these days, l get it, but this service centre went out of their way to fit my Sprinter van in for repairs and got me back on the road in a few days! So rare to find! And although they didn’t say it, l can tell they did everything possible to keep costs down. I got a heap of diagnostic & repair work done for less than a non-dealer repair shop would charge! So good! These guys do ALOT of Sprinter servicing / repairs too (lots of RV’s pass thru Flagstaff) so you wont find a better place to service a Sprinter…Shout out to Konnor and the service mechanics for taking good care of me and my Sprinter!!

FlagstaffTraveling near Flagstaff AZ my Sprinter Van developed a transmission issue so I called Mercedes of Flagstaff. I spoke with Alex in service and he explained they were booked but offered to squeeze me in anyway. Upon arrival I was met by a young lady named Dallas who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Alex was able to quickly have the transmission diagnosed and unfortunately I needed a replacement. Alex immediately ordered the part and installed it the same day it arrived.Alex makes the service department at Mercedes of Flagstaff the best dealership I’ve ever been to.Service: Transmission

We contacted Mercedes Flagstaff Service back in May while we were on a 6-week RV trip and began hearing a noise that sounded like a braking issue. The closest Mercedes Sprinter dealer was Flagstaff and we crossed our fingers hoping to be able to get in without an appointment. We spoke to Alex in Service and he was incredibly helpful and considerate of our situation. He also noticed that we were due for 2 recall issues that had not been completed. Despite a busy schedule, Alex worked us into the service schedule that day and ensured we were taken care of, including completing the recall items. Since we needed to wait for the issue to be checked out, Alex even drove us to and from a nearby restaurant so we could get some lunch. Definitely above and beyond what is expected! It would have been easy for Alex and the team to brush us off since we do not live in the area and would not be repeat customers. Alex told us he treated us like he would want to be treated if his family was on the road and had a similar issue. If only everyone thought that way!

Great service! They told me they were down a technician, we explained our situation and they were very accommodating and got us out in a great time compared to most other services I've had for other cars!

I tried to purchase a car for my daughter at this dealership and spoke to Patrick Eustace. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. They have a $2k forced accessories add-on to the cars and when I gave him my offer, his response was "that's crazy", meaning I am crazy for making the offer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I told him I would find the deal I as looking for and that it was their loss. I also told them the recession is around the corner and then they would be kissing everyone's a$$ for sales. I have texts from him saying I need help, that I am wasting his time, that I can't add and need a calculator, And he then texted that I should buy a pre-owned car since the new car is too much for me. What he failed to see is I already own 3 MBs and I was looking to buy a new one for my daughter. The price was not an issue; I was simply shopping for the best deal. I have never come across a salesperson who works at a supposed luxury dealership yet acts worst than a street vendor. Patrick does not represent MB very well. He treats clients like garbage....I told him I would text him once I got the deal I wanted, considering he thought I was crazy because I had been shopping for a car for a month and had not bought one yet. I kept my word and sent him a picture. He responded by calling me "humpty dumpty" and mocking what I was wearing. This guy needs to learn a different trade as he does not belong in a luxury setting. He is a sore l**** and does not know how to take it in stride. Supposedly his GM is well aware of Patricks's behavior and is protecting him. They are not "worried" about the consequences of Patrick's antics.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation of the "above and beyond service" I received at the MB dealership in Flagstaff, AZ. Alex Salas, Sam Zagada and new hire Kaleb Coad were absolutely the best to work with and delivered a level of excellence and care that - literally - saved my vacation and my daughter's birthday. Without going into all the details Alex somehow got the parts needed (including an axle) and convinced Sam to come in on his day off to get the repairs done by the close of business on a Saturday! An incredible turn-around and the personal service, rides and follow-up from Kaleb were the icing on the cake. I have heard that there have been issues at this dealership in the past but I can assure you they are making great strides and the service they delivered was some of finest CS I have experienced ANYWHERE! Thank you.

Zero customer service. Tried for 2 days to call service and at one point a salesman answered and laughed and said they never answer and he gave me a text number. In the end service did not fix my problem.

Now the manager is suggesting that I don't remember where my vehicle got repaired. That's really funny, and indicative of a lack of responsibility. I did not say it was "last Friday," nor did I say they worked on my RV. Neither applies.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Here's my thoughts. I have owned various Mercedes' Benz for 45 years. Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I just took my Jeep Rubicon to Oxen-dale Jeep in Cottonwood and they were excellent. Flagstaff Mercedes Service doesn't return phone calls or emails, they rarely answer their telephone. I took a chance on service in Flagstaff because it was close to my home. However, I will never go back, I will drive 4.5 hours round trip to go to Arrowhead Mercedes Benz, they are professional and knowledgeable and worth the driving time. The anxiety and distrust this business gave me is unacceptable.FLAGSTAFF MERCEDES BENZ FAILURES:1. They don't respond to emails2. They do not answer their telephone3. They do not return calls4. They are slow and confused5. Their service writer knows nothing, the manager is not much better6. They do not do what they promise7. The are unknowledgeable about Mercedes' product and service8. They over bill and charge.9. I have never in 45 years of servicing my Mercedes seen such a disorganized service departmentDO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUERESPONSE to Ryan HThe fact that "nobody is aware" speaks volumes. Apparently you missed the point that price was not the major issue. However, regarding the price the issue was charges for items that should have been included in the service which was the problem. Price was the least of the issue. I notice that you didn't address the fails as far as responding to emails and telephone calls. Does your service staff feel that this is acceptable? All other dealerships I have patronized have been excellent in responding to customers. How is it that no one answers the phone and responds to requests. Your "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau says it all as do the other negative comments by customers. Most comments dealt with deceit, failure to communicate and over charging. I wish I had researched this business before hand. I would have never stepped foot into the dealership. It's very sad to see Flagstaff Mercedes tarnish the great reputation of Mercedes Benz.

Beyond happy with their service and great attitude!!! My girlfriend and I are driving across the US on an extended road trip. Outside of Flagstaff my new AMG E53 losses coolant and overheats. We limp into this dealership at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Alex Salas Service Advisor meets us and tells us that a master mechanic will come out and diagnose the problem right now. Long story short they stay late Sam the master mechanic and Alex take apart the front end of my car and figure out the problem, fix it, refill the coolant and we're back on the road. (This issue easily could of taken the car out of service for days, ruining our trip) Alex test drives the car and has it pressure washed. Awesome service!! Would highly recommend these guys!!

They sold me a vehicle with a huge nail in the tire; when I drove off the lot my tire light was on. I was told to take it to another dealership to get the tires aired up & that it was due to the weather changing. So I brought it to the other dealership to get it taken care of. The tires got aired up & the indicator light went away but came back a couple days later. Luckily a slow leak but whenever I've contacted this dealership about it since, where I bought my vehicle, I've been ignored. No messages, no calls back, etc. Zero responsiveness. So I brought it physically in today & was turned away, though they weren't busy & am scheduled to go in later. Told them what was going on & they said they'd call around, whatever that means. Frustrated but we'll see if they redeem themselves one of these days instead of telling me to go elsewhere for basic stuff. That tire had that since day one & they have yet to replace it. I was told new tires were coming with the vehicle too so I'm not sure what's going on here but their lack of responsiveness is frustrating. Still have yet to get my license plate in which is odd since it's been so long. They were supposed to take care of the proper paperwork to get the right one ordered when I traded my old vehicle for my new one & I wouldn't be surprised if it's still sitting on someone's desk. Not sure how they are in business still but hopefully they actually do things right for some people. Goodness. Fingers crossed for getting this d*** tire replaced - I'll update with a better review when something good happens here. I'm staying hopeful. Still don't suggest coming here though, as of now. It's been rough. Should've just gone to Toyota in town, they've always been great. Oops. Everyone's been out of vehicles though lately. Mad times lol. You live & learn I guess. Good luck to everyone else!
