I’ve had two virtual appointments, both did not go through, I was told that I didn’t need zoom. Both appointments missed. I am so angry, I have been trying to get in to see Dr
Since July 1st, appointment cancelled three times, I was NEVER informed of my last labs, today almost a month later I still haven’t been able to contact my doctor.
What a nightmare!!!!!! I have been waiting/unwell for almost two months,
Spectrum health is as bad or worst than Dignity health!!!! Thanks for your bullshit
I have no idea what to do next!

I feel very well cared for at Spectrum. My daughter and I have been clients for many years. We don't use PCP and pharmacy but have utilized any other service available with great satisfaction. I am so grateful we have this support team!

I really like Spectrum so far, I have only been here a couple of months, I have been treating with respect by all members and they are all very friendly! I am glad to be here!
It’s been a few more months for me and Spectrum is a great ? place for me my Therapist (not sure if I can say her name) but she is awesome and my group therapy is AMAZING the people I have met have been so helpful to my mental health, so if you are looking for a a great place look no further!!!

Highly recommend if you haven't sought the help you need spectrum will see you and hear you. The amount of gratitude I hold towards these people is immeasurable.

I was appreciative of Chris for talking to me in a comfortable human like manner, he is a very nice and professional person and I rarely come across this in the health care system so it was something that I would report as greatness he took time to sit with me and discuss things that were brought upon due to circumstances
