Gov. Doug Ducey signed House Bill 2031 into law in 2016. The bill allows anyone who is 21 with a valid ID to purchase alcohol, no matter the orientation of the identification.

I went in around 8:00 and tried to grab some chicken wings, but one of the employees Melissa grabbed it all and wouldn’t let me get a small bag. She was extremely rude to me. I didn’t expect a company to not want my money I walked out afterwards.

I had the best service today at the Cottonwood Safeway! I was in the U Scan area and had a problem with the product coupon. The woman in charge helped me with the issue. She was very patient and friendly and I really appreciate her help.

My wife has complained about the fake discounts but today it happened to me. I asked the butcher for $9.99/lb shrimp. I asked him again about it because it didn't look like he was giving us what we requested and he assured me the discount would be given at the cash register. Not only was it not given but it went from $11.99 to $13.99!!
Needless to say we walked out without the shrimp. Arizona Measurements & Weights needs to visit this store!!

Very clean an nice store the lady an gentleman at the pharmacy was very quick with getting my prescription at last minute. Every other Safeway has given me tons of problems getting my prescription..glad they new what they were doing

"secret shoppers" HASSLE customers and some staff intentionally block aisles with carts on the floor and have "discussions" to watch you like you're going to pocket canned goods and run away in sandals.

4 riding carts. 2 are dead. 1:30 on a Friday. I asked the guy bringing in carts if there were more. He said if they aren’t at the other door they are being used. By the time I left there were 4 or us waiting. After about 15min I left. Ridiculous

I had an issue with the Starbucks and the manager will was very helpful and helped me out within a couple seconds of there being a problem. He was nice, professional and courteous. A very pleasant and great experience in all.

Super large parking lot with lots of space for lots of stuff the Safeway is pretty normal on mediocre. As far as Safeway's go, but it's gonna Starbucks. Western Union pharmacy drive up and go all the typical Safeway sorts of things and you don't want. I appreciate a decent safeway when I find one

WAY NOT SAFE!!! This review should be be negative five stars! Horrible grocery store selling rotten produce and old food. We bought two items that were on sale that had expired 1 year ago. The board of health should investigate this poorly run store!.
