Absolutely amazing service! The owner was so helpful and kind. Crafted a small order of custom shirts. (Not many places will touch a small order) had it ready and perfect in less than 24hrs. His service and prices cant be beat. Shirts came out awesome! Definitely best place to get custom shirts!!!

After completing some jobs in Phoenix, I decided to look for shirt printing places near me.I didn't want to deal with the traffic headache of driving here and there to find the right place that maybe in the end was the wrong place.As residing in Cottonwood, and running a new local moving business(Mistah Moves)I thought it would be the best to have the locals take care of my needs. More of a heartfelt feeling, coming from the place you serve at.Graphic Silkscreen appeared at the top of the list---So much for that.I entered with my wife, and the whole ordeal took about 5 minutes. Whether it was the owner, or not, the service I experienced was vaguely rude. The questions I asked were answered with a slew of saliva spatter and I couldn't help but notice the amount of plaque in between this guys teeth as he barked at me.Covid or not, this guy needed a mask.In my experience of giving quality customer service, I believe you have a 2 minute window from the point of contact into giving them the confidence and trust that you will be the one taking care of them. This guy blew it to the extreme.I ended up going to my tattoo artist Elos at Wicked City Tattoo for my business design as well as a screen for my custom shirts for my crew. These guys tattoo and make shirts. Freakin awesome.All I can say is; I hope if you try this place they give you better service than what I got, if any service at all.....Good Luck

BEST place to get shirts printed! We our The Mine Café, up in Jerome, and we have been ordering through Graphic Silkscreen for a few years now and every time our orders have been on time, consistently made with great quality and Ron, the owner, is very professional. One time, we forgot to place an order before the holiday season. Ron was already on a longer than usual time frame for pushing orders out due to high demand with the season. He worked extra hard and took the time to get us our order sooner than expected. Ron has given us some of the best customer service. Thanks Ron!
