Beginning with our first inquiry regarding uboxes, Casey explained the Ubox process, reviewed uhaul moving products and usage, recommended helpful tips with the items we needed and made our rsvp. Our rsvp was a bit detailed and out of the ordinary. It required further approval from Uhaul transportation. She made the calls and followed up to be sure that we were taken care of, even on her day off!If we owned a business, we would be well represented by her as she is the type of employee who would attract repeat customers and referrals.
