The people who work here are very unprofessional. Very poor customer service. The people who work there need to all go through a training on how to treat customers no matter who they are with respect. Out right laughing at a customer and saying negative things about them just loud enough from them to hear is just a sample of how the employees here treat customers. If you need something from a hardware store just go to Hurricane the people there treat you a ? x better.

For a hardware store up in Colorado City they were well supplied they had turkey and some other stuff but they had everything I needed and they help supply all the supplies we needed for the mission we were doing with the Dream Center.

They want 65 dollars for a skill saw blade... that's outrageous. Cheaper to drive to hurricane. I'll chew threw my boards before I give in to that greed.

I’ve always had great service at this store until today. Grabbed a Dewalt drill marked at $179.99. Took to the checkout and it rang up at $260. I showed her the bright yellow price tag on the box showing $179. “Sorry our prices changed.” She scanned again and this time it came up as $230. Still a substantial increase from the marked price. She again stated prices were changing and shrugged. Posted price should have been honored as every single drill was marked at that price. Pretty difficult to shop when you apparently have to guess how much something will be when you take it to checkout. Do better.

Should be 6 stars!An excellent well stocked hardware and merchandise store with extremely helpful staff.I damaged my exhaust and the tailpipe needed to be cut off. The fine cutting blade wouldn't fit their cheapest grinder (Black and Decker) so they leant me their grinder, and even assisted me. Amazing service. I offered to pay for the loan but payment was refused.A model of an excellent business.
